I'll be getting married at CSA in 2 months and too have had some trouble reaching the coordinator. If I send a list of 3 questions, I get an answer to 1, 3 days later! Honestly, I would have to get a great deal on the dress to buy it. I'd say $200 with the slip, possibly the veil if you want to make it a full package. You might have a hard time finding a petite bride to sell it to. If you decided to do that, try Craig's List or something that doesn't charge you like E-Bay and their listing fee. Can you call the cleaner and ask what didn't come clean or if they would re-box it for you. I think if you are going to sell it, you need to disclose any flaws. IMHO.

I'm not waiting intentionally. But with the stress of the wedding 2 months away, this being my 2nd busiest season at work, pulling 15 hour shifts and 80 hour weeks, it just doesn't happen! LOL I'm also on some crazy medication that zaps my sex drive. I would love to wait until our wedding night, but we are going to be in Jamaica for a week before we tie the knot! I know we are spending the night before apart, so that will just have to do!

This went on for what seemed like hours, until I fianlly told him he could sleep on the couch if he was gone by the time I woke up! I locked my bedroom door and pushed my desk in front of it! I also called my friend to thank her for letting me go out with a weirdo! I never saw him again! Thank god we lived so far away or I could have ended up with a stalker!

Another tip... Those Winkie Eye stickers make great nipple covers! I obviously don't like to burn my boobs but I can tolerate it as long as my nipples don't burn. Talk about pain and then they don't get gross and peely.

I don't even know where to begin! Probably the ickiest... Freshman year of college (I think) we met these really hot football players on spring break. They played for Tennessee so they were supposed to come up and visit one weekend. Well, my guy ended up breaking his foot in practice so he couldn't make it. My BFF's guy brings his boss to tag along. The man was 37 and bald! not great when you are 18-19. The selling point was "He's got an awsome car". Um, no. I didn't know any of this until they got to town. My BFF and I worked at the same place in the mall and had a late close. They boys in the mean time decided to go to the strip club where they got hammered! Never pick your blind date up from the strip club--it really sets a bad tone for the evening. I think I've blocked out most of the the evening because it was so traumatic, but I do remember him hanging all over me, me trying to run away, and at one point a waitress asked me if my dad was ok and had someone to drive him home!

AWWW! I love it! He is a keeper! FI will randomly bring me flowers and I love the surprise!

I love the title "The Weed Ferret". It set my brain off on a whole different tangent...The Weed Ferret, I wonder if that's like the Weed Fairy, sorta like the Tooth Fairy, but for stoners...That's funny because I had a friend in college who had ferrets and he was the biggest stoner ever, and we're back to the Weed Ferret Fairy! I love the way my mind works sometimes! I think I need to lay off the caffeine!

Sarah--It's kind of cheating but my philosophy is usually it's better to ask forgiveness than permission. You should have phrased your e-mail differently, just being so excited about the candy bar and how some are really expensive, but you did some great bargain shopping, etc...You aren't ever supposed to start a letter,conversation, etc. in a negative fashion. Don't acknowledge that she could not like it. Bottom line, it's your wedding, regardless of where it is being held, so do what you want! I've seen lots of candy bars, and none of them were ever tacky! When is your AHR? A coffee bar in the summer will not be used, even by old people. Trust me! I'm an event planner. Oooh! You should tell her you consulted with a planner who said they were the hottest tends in weddings and that coffee bars are passe!

All of the above are good suggestions. I've planned for strapless suits & dresses. I'm also tanning now, so I have 2 months to get a deep base. I'm so pale I'm clear, but I do tan fairly easily. Be sure to moisturize everyday after being in the sun so you don't peel. I also like the Jergens or Neutrogena tinted lotions to blend lines if you do get them.

Loaded Potatoes: Butter, Cheddar, Chives, and Bacon Sweet Potatoes: Pecans, Brown Sugar, Mini Marshmallows. Put the marshmallows on top and brown just before serving. Irish Colcannon: Blanched Kale (lots of iron!) salt and pepper maybe some parsley Sauteed Leeks and fresh garlic maybe some asiago cheese White Cheddar and Roasted Red Peppers or Green Chilies I could go on for days! LOL
