I had my gallbladder taken out several years ago. I was really young too, 22 maybe 23. That was in March then in December they removed my appendix because it had flattened itself out and was starting to wrap around my intestine.
I can totally sympathize with everyone's tummy troubles! I know people thought I was pregnant before my gall bladder was removed. Everything I ate made me so nauseated. I got to the point where the only things I could keep down were jello, popcicles & slushies, and clear fat-free chicken broth. So I was running around with a huge puffy belly, throwing up all the time. Not fun.
I'm interested in doing this for the 30 days, but I leave for my wedding on June 16th. That doesn't give me much time.
To those who have done it before, did you notice any break-outs? Did it effect your daily routine, diet, or exercising? I have this horrible image of doing squats at the gym and something very bad happening! One of FI's football buddies poo-ed himself while lifting weights, so ever since then I get kinda freaked out with work-outs and possible accidents! I also eat a high fiber diet and lots of whole foods.
I am the weirdest pooper ever! I can only go in places where I am completely comfortable. My house, my work, etc. I can't poo at FI's parents' house. Even if I have to go I to hold it! I can't poo around FI. He laughs at my "ceremony". He always knows when I go because he had figured out my routine. I lock the door, light candles, spray the febreeze... I 6.5 years, I've only farted in front of him 3 times. Once I was sleeping, once I was drunk, and once it just slipped out. And I wonder why my tummy is all jacked up!
