Hey ladies!! I have to say last saturday was quite the day for me! I went with my maid of honor "fun dress shopping" to a store that has fairly expensive dresses and did not have any intentions of buying my dress! Well then of course I found the one (it was 50% off!) So, I freakin bought it! I will post pics soon! I can't get in it without help...so as sooon as I have someone to help me I will snap some pics and post!! It became very real when I actually had the dress in my back seat! Ahhh!! Soooo exciting...! Just wanted to share! I know you all will understand my excitement! (some of my friends are not married and just do not understand why it is such a huge deal!!)

Hello everyone! We are planning to get married at the Real resorts in Playa Del Carmen on Feb 21, 2009! I would love any advice you have on this hotel and weddings here! I am hoping for a sunset/dusk ceremony on the beach with torches... has anyone had such a ceremony? Also, we are planning on getting married in Minnesota before we leave.... hoping to avoid any extra paperwork etc! Thanks a ton for your advice/tips! Stace

Hello everyone! I am very very excited and hope to find some great info and advice from everyone here! We are getting married in Playa del Carmen, Mexico Feb 21, 2009 (I finally picked a date! My original date was no longer available.... We are staying at the real resorts: some of our guests are planning to stay at real, some at gran porto and some at the Royal! I am wondering if anyone has any advice for getting married here! Also, good photographers, beach ceremonies, etc! Thank you soooo much in advance for any advice/tips you have! Stace
