Wow, very nice plates ladies! Here is the Mikasa Swirl plates I was talking about. I LOVED Denby but its just as expensive as china, maybe even more. I just hope I don't get bored of it but I guess I can jazz it up with placemat's, napkins and napkin rings. Worse case scenario, I can return it if I find something else.

I'm curious to know what plates you girls all registered for. I decided not to register for China b/c I know I will never use them and eventually my Grandmother will pass her's down to me. We were looking for nice everyday plates that also had a creamers, serving platters, sugar dish, ect. So we went with the Mikassa Swirl in white. What about you?

Our DW is 7.11 and we secretly got married yesterday after work in the court house. We had of 2 witnesses, which were my parents, and it was so quick and easy. I was so nervous that it was going to take away from my DW but it was nothing and honestly was so fast, it didn't feel like a wedding. We did it so early so I could switch my health insurance, but we knew we were going to do it, so what's 3 months earlier? Dominican Republic also says its about 3-4 months to get a marriage license and that was ridiculous. I just feel a lot better if everything was filed in our hometown. Good luck!

I wanted to know if anyone can help me out. I'm trying to find some energetic Spanish / Latin songs that will get everyone dancing. I love salsa music and anytime I'm somewhere and its being played, everyone is up and dancing like crazy. I would like to want to put a couple songs onto my playlist and wanted to know if anyone had any suggestions. Thank You!!!

How are / did you bring you dress down to your destination? We are flying USA 3000 and they said there is no where to hang the dress! Being my dress is in a garment bag, I have no problems laying it on top of the luggage in the over hear compartment. My parents are flying Continental and they said you can hang it in 1st Class but only if 1st Class isn't full. What were your experiences and did you have any problems? There is no way I am putting my dress under the plane!

I'm also bringing down cylinder vases. 18 to be exact :-) I asked my WC if I could ship and she said no b/c the hotel doesn't want to be responsible for lost items..so I'm definitely brining them on my carry on and most likely going to use bubble wrap. I have my regular carry on that goes in the over head compartment and I have a large Puma gym bag that I'll say is my pocketbook and put them in there. If they go under the plane, chances are they are breaking. As for the left over vases, that will go to friends and family. My parents only need 1 carry on for themselves and so I'll give them an extra one with reception stuff. My WC told me to bring my stuff down there b/c the closest town is at least an hour away and god knows what they have in DR. And, not sure if you purchased your vases yet, but I got mine all at AC Moore. You can get 40% coupons online and although its only good for 1 item, I work very close to one, so everyday on my lunch I buy one or I being people with me and give them a coupon. They are so cheap that way! Good luck!

We have been thinking and thinking and we haven't been able to decide on a 1st dance song...we want something from today and an artist that we like...anyways...i have been doing some research and did anyone her the song with Seal and Hedi Klum? Its called 'Wedding Day' and he wrote the song for her on, yes you guessed it, their wedding day :-) Its a beautiful song. I LOVE Seal's voice, its amazing. Check it out. I can't wait for my FI to hear it tonight.
