    Do you know where on the resort it is located?

    The resort is a good 15-20 minute walk end to end. Gazebo 55 is not that far away from Tuscanes. Maybe a 5-8 minute walk. I am not sure what or where Cotorros is. Is is bar? We were looking for a nice place for a cocktail hour too. We have picked the covered pool but are not happy with our selection. How many people are you planning for?

    I am sorry you are having difficulties. If you do not feel happy or comfortable then you should definitely switch. However, I am getting married there and have not had any problems with rudeness. I am dealing with Valeria. Who are you dealing with? Maybe you need to speak with someone different. I do feel like there are alot of charges for little things but I think you are going to run into that everywhere. I do agree weddings are big business and that is one of the reasons we are even having a DW. Good luck!

    I do not think that Tuscanes is small for 40 people unless you are having a band. That is where they told us to go and I am expecting around 45 people. I think the health bar area is smaller. There is room for dancing at Tuscanes. That is just what I saw from my site visit.

Probably the sitdown or BBQ buffet (can't decide). We are planning on a cocktail party but not sure where we want to have it. Somewhere where we can see the sunset...any suggestions? Has anyone heard about the area behind JoJo's as an option? I am excited for all of us.

    I think there is an office in the lobby where they take the blood. The doctor meets you there. (At least that is what they told me.)

    I plan on doing a civil ceremony and I did scan and then emailed my form. I am not sure what other way to do it besides fax or email. We are expecting 40-45 people.
