  1. Welcome and happy planning!
  2. Welcome and congrats. Positano is one of my favorite places on earth. I studied in Italy for a summer and I go to go there on a long weekend.
  3. It is one of the stops on our honeymoon cruise but I don't know much about it. Haven't started my cruise port research yet. If anyone knows, where is the best place to go if you only have 1 day?
  4. I was thinking about the same thing. I would really like to see it.

Hopefully it's no problem for you guys to take them into Mexico, but just make sure!!! I hope they don't have a problem with the fake flowers.
  7. That was quite the review. Thanks for being so detailed. I am glad you enjoyed the day.

Kathy at Occansey was fabulous to work with and they can make anything! I ordered it yesterday. When I get it, I will post a picture. I was looking at the ones on ebay too but this is a custom order with a special design. That you can't beat. Did you get yours?
  9. I am planning on around 45 people and we are having a welcome "free" dinner the night before. I was thinking about the BBQ because of all the choices but I like sitting down and being served. We just can't decide on the food options. My FI is a picky eater. Bre- Did you do a sit down? If so, what were your food choices.

So after recommendations from the wonderful ladies on this forum I just ordered mine today for $135 from www.occanseydesigns.com. It is a 2 layer veil (47" and 52") with beading on the edging. I will post pictures once I receive it. I am very excited! I ordered mine from there too and I am super excited. With shipping it was $75.
  11. I, of course, will pay the extra money. I feel that he is a slimball and I hope he actually shipped it. He lost out on other bride's business because of this. Jerk. Thanks for putting up with all this.
  12. Is anyone doing/did a sit down dinner? We are thinking about it but we are also having the 2 hour cocktail party first.
  13. Thanks for the advise. I am thinking about the text for the printing and layering it on cover to make it stronger.
  14. I am looking to make my invites with Stardream Metallic paper. Has anyone ordered the text weight? Is it sparkly like the coverweight is? Can you use inkjet for the text weight? ( I know you can't with the coverweight metallic). I am at a loss as to which to buy for the layers. Anyone have a better metallic paper? Sorry so many questions. Thanks.
  15. Great stuff. Did you get the sunscreen yet? How does it smell?
