I'm sending invitations to everyone. I thought for the people going it would be nice for them to have for their photo album/scrapbook from our wedding/vacation together. I put in my STDs that formal invite to follow, so i'm kinda obligated to send it to everyone. But i'm really excited about sending people the boarding pass invitations that I picked out. I think they are so neat and can't wait for people to get them. I'm such a dork!!! There's a lot of really nice ones that are inexpensive, you can get those. I wouldn't send RSVPs out with them.

All that's awful to have to deal with. Money problems are the worst, so stressful. I'm hoping for you too, that everyone turns out good.

I think Lizz's is a good idea. There's a website, think it's verseit.com that may have ideas of how to word it so you won't hurt anyone's feelings.

Well at least I know my mom isn't a total nut job. sounds like everyone has these problems. I'm just going to ban her from any future bridesmaid dress talks and any future bm dress shopping.

Tami - your bags are very cute but I'll need a lot more. Is everyone doing a bag for each person or a bag for each room?

Are you girls putting together the bags at home and than bringing them to your destination? or just bringing the stuff with you and putting the bags togethere there? Me and der will be there two days before guests so I thought it might be easier to do it there.

Now my mom is very laid back. Since we starting wedding planning she's been looking at pics of flowers with me but always just listening to what I wanted. Well last Thursday when we went dress shopping, her opinions start coming out. We were looking at bridesmaid dresses. She was fine with the style of dresses I picked out. (I picked 3, there in another post Which BM Dress) But when we starting looking at colors, she became difficult. We already picked out the groosmen shirts. I let derek pick out some of his favorites and I pretty much had the final say on which ones to get. These are gm shirts: My mom wanted the BM dresses in colors like apricot and pool blue. Both colors I love but would look awful with the gm shirts. And everytime i picked a color, she made a gagging face, rolled her eyes, and would say no way! Oh and I had to keep hearing "That's not tropical enough. You need a tropical bright color!" And she even started complaining about the gm shirts we picked out. What happened to my laidback wonderful mom? She turned into Mom of Bride -zilla! Is this typical? I told her she's banned from coming to look at bm dresses again!!!

I love #1. I love the detail on it.

I think they are both very nice shirts. I'm getting my dad and ffil shirts to wear too. I think that would be nice if the dads wear them.
