    all of my guests had to pay for air at once. When it went on sale, they had a week to book it or the airline would let go of the seats. and it wasn't a problem everyone paid for the airfare it was around $650. now a lot of my guests travel a lot so they may be well aware of that fact. i would just warn your guests they would have to pay a big chunk of money for airfare upfront.

    I personally don't see a problem with her asking if those dates are okay to visit, at least she is asking and not just showing up. you could always say no. and maybe she is really trying to make an effort. i think you have to decide if you would like to try to have a relationship with your mil or if you'd rather not because she's been such a beotch to you in the past. That being said, i get a long with my fmil really well maybe my opinion would be different if i didn't.

    I'm very sorry to hear about your aunt, that sounds awful. I hope she can get the help that she needs. the first hospital sounds awful.

    I'm sorry but i had to laugh. I'm just picturing the poor thing with his diaper on. I think it's the dachsund in him, they do mischevious things when your not looking. at least mine does. Gotta love em!

    I think she is just chickening out. But she's just making things worse by avoiding you. You probably would of been disappointed that she can't make the wedding but now your pissed that she isn't returning your phone calls/emails/rsvps. I know it's annoying but try not to take it personal.

    i'm sure you moh will still do a great job even if she's far away. she'll just do it a little differently, no formal meetings but more phone calls and emails. It's a bummer your fi last his bestman but it's really great he's having a baby. And your dad should of tried to come. i'm really glad that you had such a great brother that told your dad how it was. i hope your dad will come to his senses and realize that this is one of the (if not the) most important day of your life and he will be missing it.

    i'm so glad that the socialworker was on your side. I was worried that they might believe your sister. You never know what could of happened, one false allegation could of ruined your fi's and the rest of your family's life. it was a really disgusting thing that your sister did. i hope she realizes that one day.
