  3. very pretty my only concern is that the sah may be the type where the front of the cumberbund part is attached to the dress, like not removable even if you undo the stitching, with just free hanging sash-y parts in back. that might not remove/re-attach like you are planning. otherwise its a very good idea and will look beautiful if it works out!
  4. those are gorgeous, you two are a beautiful couple i like the 3rd one the best.

  6. yes, our was up and ready to go too. i do have to admit that since the wedding i have been so busy that i havent gotten back on it to update things, like add thank-you's and pictures. i'm a bad host!

However, there are SOOOOOOO many great restaurants in Scottsdale. What kind of food do you guys like? YUM mexican! or whatever My fav thing in AZ so far is Sedona. If you have time I'd definitely head up there and to the Pink Jeep Tour - Broken Arrow trail. It's amazingly beautiful. When there I found out they do weddings up on the rocks with this AMAZING view of the mountains and OMG it was so beautiful, I wanted to have my wedding there. oh htat sounds so fun, i dont think we'll have enough time for stuff like that this time. Phoenix is def. known for it's shopping if your interested...there is fashion square and the biltmore. Oh yeah..and there is this place called LAST CHANCE that is basically Nordstroms discount...I've gotten lots of INCREDIBLE deals! oh we have The Rack here in the seattle area, its like what is between Nordstrom and Last Chance. i am gonna go there FOR SURE!! thanks for reminding me! If your interested in restaurants let me know where your hotel is located! 2620 W.   8. wow jac thats crazy, glad to hear it wasnt worse, but keep healthy and get that physical stat to make sure everything else is ok too {hugs!}
  9. i love this show, somehow i found it on late night tv re-runs or something, they used to have a marathon back to back with that other family that had like 16 kids who were building their own house. tlc kicks ass. kate can be a major biotch to jon, but she knows how to run a house. sometimes i wonder if her attitude towards him is for the camera, then you see the candid parts where she rips him a new one and doesnt even care if anyone is around. i sorta feel bad for him and the kids are freaking adorable! they remind me of the kids on 50 First Dates, so cute
  10. I am SO excited, we just got an invite in the mail a few days ago from a friend getting married in Phoenix! The wedding is September 19, so we are going to fly down for 2 days. We are staying at the Sheraton Crescent, looks nice! Anyone have any good ideas of Must-Do things in town when you only have a few hours to spare? Any Phoenix girls up for a BDW breakfast get-together on Sunday September 20??
  11. oh my god girl, you are freakin gorgeous! that dress is soooo lovely, and the mantilla looks so pretty with it
  12. you know how when you are driving down a long straight highway where you can see in front for miles and way ahead you can see like a mirage or something where the pavement meets the horizon? my dad told me it was called cow water (no clue why) and ever since i always thought that. i didnt find out till our road trip to chicago this past winter that it is totally not called that. doug about peed his pants laughing at me.
  13. i've seen some with a thank you note from bride & groom, some with directions from church to reception, some with T/A contact info, some with your website info. we had directions, reply postcard, a wallet pic of us matted with our web address, our photoshare reminder card, and something else i forgot.
  14. oh gag. i dont know why i read thru this entire thread i was one of those kids that would do something i was told not too tammy that is gross but sad too. is he ok? glad he gets to go today to get his meds. yuck
