honestly, i dont know beaches photographer policy, but i wouldnt want to mess with my pictures on my wedding day. what i mean is, i wouldnt want to take a chance of my photog getting kicked out that day and having no wedding pictures. i would comply with what the resort policy is, in order to not have to stress and freak out in a bad situation. wedding pictures are so high of a priority on most brides lists, i just would hate to take a chance. bite the bullet, pay the $, and enjoy your amazing pics, stress and worry free. can you imagine taking the risk and losing? 1 year after the wedding, even 20 years from now, you wont be able to re-create your once in a lifetime opportunity wedding pics, kwim?

were these $ amounts the deposit? if so, you shouldn't expect to get that money back unless it was the vendor that cancelled on you. I understand you have got to be horribly upset and heartbroken over the whole thing in the first place, but just because your other vendors worked with you does not mean they all are obligated too. now, if it was MORE than the deposit that you paid, like $ toward the balance, then heck yes you should be livid!!

I agree with ann, I think the first pair looks cooler, like it will keep you're feet a lot cooler! but wait, are these for the wedding or bd? cause actually they would work for both!! where are you having the actual ceremony, on the beach-beach at lol-ha, or on the little beach-ledge patio uncovered patio area right between the beach and bar? cause if it's the beach beach, you might want to get some wedgey flip flops for the walking and ceremony part.

love love love it as a 7-11 bride myself (there were 3 of us last year!!) I think it's a perfect idea. we got married on the July 11 cause the date had significance for us and we did joke about doing something like using their printed logo napkins or having slurpees in 7-11 cups at the home reception, but it ended up that we didn't have as many people making the connection as we thought so we dropped the idea. I love that you're using the idea tho cracks me up!!

I had the same trouble, not on envelopes tho. honestly I just gave up using scriptina exclusively and ended up using scriptina, jane Austen, and copperplate in different places, depending on what font fit where I think the only thing you could really do is create separate text boxes for each line, like carly mentioned above. just type each line in a new text box and then line them up/position the boxes to fit.

wow that was an early gift!! I wouldfor sure send them a thank you note. was it a large amount? I think if it was a big chunk if change that it would be ok to say thanks for contributing to our marriage, and leave it ambiguous at that. then spend it on what you need to, for the wedding or honeymoon or whatever. later if you are asked what it was used for you can say saving for honeymoon expenses, I mean it's all relative whether you spend it now or later, it's the same money, kwim?

we went sea-dfw on one airline and then dfw-sjd on AA and we got upgraded on the AA segment. I'm sure it was more due to the light load than the dress tho. and take this on good authority, just because not as many people are traveling to Mexico right now does not mean there will be loads of open seats. most of the airlines have gone to a revised Mexico summer schedule involving smaller aircraft with a reduced flight schedule. so even tho the number of passengers total is less, there are less flights and less seats to get them there, so the flights are more crowded.

all right yael!! so excited everything is going to work out. what a beautiful location, so happy you still get the beach wedding even if it's not the correct beach. can't wait to see pics and hear all about it!!

i think its a really fun idea! just make sure not to pack any liquid/gel/cream type snack and foods, as they wont make it past security (even if its under 3 oz, if its not stored in their own personal quart size bag it will get pulled and confiscated.) is the flight really 10 hours from indiana to hawaii? i was thinking it was more like 8 hours. wow thats long! its non stop? craziness! so yes i think thats a great idea, plus, think of all the room you dont have to use in your own suitcases to transport the usual OOT supplies all the way there! awesome idea! you'll get rid of all of it before the trip even begins! just make sure to let everyone know to keep enough room in THEIR carry on's, and dont forget to make a couple extra for you and FI

yolanda, my tummy has been feeling queasy (is that how thats spelled?) for you ever since i read that yesterday. sure hoping that the package will turn up ASAP, and unopened too. fingers crossed!!
