Hi Amanda, I don't know how many American guests you would be inviting, but Thanksgiving is on Thur Nov 27 this year, so a lot of people would already have that weekend off for travel purposes up to BC. I don't think it's too early, unless you would need more planning time when you get home from your trip. Think about it, is the first thing you want to think about when you get home from your magical vacation a stress causing huge party?
