  5. well, if nothing else at least they'd have nice bugbite-free wrists?
  6. very cute! i was going to suggest a font change on the inside, but it actually matches the typewriter font of the stamps (i think?)
  7. jackie, i agree with maura! a quick shot or glass or champagne downed right before will do wonders for the nerves. try to have fun and dont forget, we want to see pics later!
  8. jen! that was a great way to review the week i've got chills of excitement for my cabo trip after reading this! yay! can't wait to see ALL the pics!

  10. happy birthday momma! have a fun one!
  11. thanks guys! i like most of my hair except the front part, the two big chunks of red framing my face? i knew that was gonna happen as soon as i realized that the colorist was a guy (no offense to any guy hair color-ers) but i had a feeling when i told him to leave the row closest to my face the natural color that he was gonna do it wrong. i always tell the color person that, because i like how it seems to help lessen the harshness of a growout. but it's only supposed to be a skinny section, the same width of all the other stripes. so anyways, he does these big chunks, and then made them smaller and smaller until the back where it's just a hot tropical mess of blonde. kinda weird. but i'm glad everyone seems to like it! makes me feel good ps, doug and i are cool today i'm so happy we get over things very fast. we were over it by the time we got home from the pics.

  16. i started out at WWU (western washington university) but had too much fun that first year. ended up finishing my associates at tacoma community college over the next 4 years! so it took me 5 yrs to get my 2 yr degree, (i was working full time and also took winter and summer quarters off) but oh well, at least i have it! western's mascot is the vikings, and i have no idea what tcc's is. i was so not into the sports scene.
  17. i know! the one he showed us, doug flipped out, he couldnt believe it was so good! he was actually smiling! it didn't even look like we were in the setting we were in. we were at a park and a little beach, and he just made it look amazing. i'm jumping out of my skin excited to see the pics, i keep stalking my yahoo to see if he sent anything!
  18. wow what a thread. i would love to do this but unfortunately wedding $ is keeping me out of all the extra-curricular activities for a while. no poop-club, no secret-of the month club, no book club boo. i bet i can get doug to do it with me later tho, even tho he thinks girls dont poop i bet he would be interested in getting cleansed out! oh also, for my poop story, a few years ago i had to have a minor surgery on my, um, pooper hole? gross, still embarrasing, anyways, it turns out that some peoples (gosh this is hard to put into delicate terms!) pooper holes, um, wear out? like the band that normally keeps your stuff clenched up into you snaps? that doesn't make a lot of sense, sorry but i forget all the technical terms of it and what it's actually called. but anyways, i started having all this blood when i went and i got really scared, i knew it had to be more than hemmorhoids, and went to the doctor. this was early on in doug and my relationship, how embarrasing! so i had to have some stitches to fix the, um, clencher? ANYWAYS, the doc told me to start taking Benefiber (completely taste-free and very easy to mix in juice, water, yogurt, cereal, whatever) to make my poops softer and more shiny (wait oops, thats conditioner! ) to make them fluffier so it wouldn't tear me coming out. it really helped! and once my body got used to it, after a few days, i didnt have uh-oh moments and felt less bloated. i have been thinking about doing some sort of colinix thing, but like i said it'll have to wait till after the wedding. just thought i'd add another poop story to help make everyone feel more comfortable
