i didnt like the looks of any of the testimonials lengths, maybe cause they were not the EXACT kind i want, so again, hard for me to picture it! i think i might go buy some veil fabric (tulle?) and "pretend" on myself so i can see what i think? might work. but yes, i'd appreciate the pics if you've got any!

yes but it's so hard to tell on fake people i tried the measuring with a string thing like they suggest, but that's also hard to picture.

there are so many veil discussions, i'm overwhelmed! i didnt want to start another thread BUT, when i searched i see that everyone wants to ask, veil or no veil, and talk about long veils, but i'm interested in shorter ones, i really really want one that combs in just below the crown of my head, and isn't any longer than the top of the back of my dress. i know what color, details, fabric width, cut, etc, but no clue what length to order! i was thinking 18-20", but worried it might be TOO short? are there any gals out there with upper-back to shoulder length veils who can chime in for me? see? like hers!

my BF and i are thinking of the chicago show. i got my email this morning and i was like WOOT!

and also may 19th is Victoria Day in canada. for something closer. haha, it could be the Secret Victoria! sounds saucy!

so question, i actually had to pay $16 this year (insert pity laugh here ), but i paid with my debit card. so do you guys think i'll get a paper check seeing as how they dont have my current direct deposit info? or would the gov know that my deposit info is the same as last years when i did actually get money back? i guess i'll just plan on a paper check. boo. that means the end of may for both doug and myself. he got $ back, but had it paid in a check to get it back extra fast from h&r block, plus we both have the same last 2 digits of our social.

you know what? i didnt want to start a thread on this because i'm not sure i really believe it. BUT since this a thread about gas prices, i guess i'll mention it. my aunt is a missionary in ecuador, she's lived there for almost 30 years. anyways, a couple she is friends with lives there too, and their son who works for exxon (not like a gas station attendant, but some kind of exec.) called them and put them in a panic this weekend, they called her, and she proceeded to contact everyone she knows in the states to repeat what he apparently said, she was almost hyperventillating she was so freaked out about it for some reason? i guess he told them that he wasn't allowed to go into details but that they needed to rush out and fill their tanks asap before next weekend. all he would say is that the price is about to jump to over $5 a gallon and that it has something to do with why we are getting that tax bonus thing earlier than planned. so, like i said, i don't know how much of that i believe, but i can say that if everyone rushes out to fill their tanks this week in a mad panic, you can bet for damn sure the price is gonna go up (supply and demand). we told her to calm down about it, and to quit telling people to rush out and get gas! but, if it does happen, you can thank me for the notice either way now go fill up! (J/K!)
