I do a artichoke salad I just LOVE! I do use jarred artichokes though but it's still yummy. Jarred artichokes- however many you want or are feeding baby tomatoes basalmic vinegarette fresh mozzerella cheese fresh basil garlic cloves 1. drain the water from the jarred artichokes- throw them in a bowl 2. toss the tomatoes in the bowl 3. cover with the basalmic vinegarette 4. chop up the fresh basil and toss in 5. chop the garlic and toss in 6.lastly cut up the fresh mozzerella cheese the size of the baby tomatoes mix it up and enjoy!

went to cali to visit my sister last week and we were so busy doing fun stuff I didn't work out one bit! oops! did an hour cardio yesterday and abs worked in the yard today that's my work out LOL

Thanks to all of our service men and women past, present, future. They take great pride in what they do. Me being a future military wife (soon) = ) and my FI has been in Iraq twice, I know the sleepless nights worrying to death and the lonliness but I'm so proud of him as well as the rest of our military and their families. Thanks to everyone that supports them. They need it and appreciate it. I was in Cali this past week visiting my sister and flew back yesterday. There were 20 men on our flight flying home from Iraq and the flight attendant got each of their names and announced it at the beginning of the flight. We all clapped loudly. All of their families were waiting at the airport and I cried when I saw their children running up to them screaming and hugging their neck. Happy tears of course = )

Ok = ) I'm glad we have everyone here to warn us cause I would have never known.
