Canvas TOTE BAG This site popped up when I was doing a search. They have 14" by 16" canvas totes that would be great for screen printing for $.99 each! The colored ones are $1.49 The have teal which I know that is alot of girls colors so check them out. They have many other colors too. Just thought I'd let you guys know. Seems like a great price to me. I'm not sure what kind of bags I'm buying yet but I may go with these!

I know I'm so happy Dreams Tulum allows outside photographers! One of the reasons why I chose them. I haven't decided on a photographer yet =) It's a hard decision! There afre many talented photographers out there.

I'm sorry that happened to you. Luckily, Dallas is a great housing market and you are sure to find something you want AGAIN = ) You should definitely bring a pre-approval letter with you to show the sellers that you are serious. I suggest you don't put a contract on a home unless you are really sure you want it. On the other hand if you are scared of not getting the property if you don't immediately put a contract on it then you can go ahead and make an offer. You will have a 10 day grace period to back out of the contract if you decide that you don't want to go forward with it. Good luck! Buying a home can be stressful but if you work with a great lender/broker and real estate agent they should take care of you.
