I haven't had these probs while dieting (I don't think). I am just reducing carbs, avoiding sugar and desserts. As far as headaches, I get them all the time anyhow so I can pretty much only associate them for sure with hormone changes and crappy spine. I like to know how things work...all about the pathophysiology.
