I believe scoring blade bends the paper so it folds. What you want is the perforating blade to tear off the RSVPs.

Is there anyway of flipping the slide in Powerpoint so you're not working with your head tilted sideways the whole time? I thought the solution would be going into Page Setup and changing it to Landscape but even though the page changes, the contents don't. So it's no use. What can I do? I'm starting to get stressed and ready to smash my computer to the ground. Can you tell wedding plans are getting to me? lol
