They're both uncomfortable but results are amazing. I have had micro done several times and I also do it on my clients. It's great but not for everyone. If you have sensitive or very fair skin, it's definitely not what you want.

Skin peel is done with chemicals.. Micro is done with a machine. They're both pretty abrasive. I would try out the peel first.
