After months of research, I heard from the manager at the Sam's Club in PV. He said that both Sams and Wal Mart only do one layer cakes. He gave me some names of places to contact for cakes. SO - my search for a reasonably priced 3 layer cake continues.........

Ooooh - Vista Grill - Sounds good Yari! We are having our RD at Fajita Republic in Nuevo Vallarta. We had dinner there on our last trip and like someone else said, their seafood fajitas are delicioso! I had the seafood ones and they came with grilled fish, shrimp and lobster, peppers, onions, etc. They were SO good! They were about $15 per order - and were very good. They sell other stuff, just fajitas are their specialty. This wasn't our first choice, but since FMIL is paying - I'm not arguing! Initially Shawn and I were going to have out RD at El Arrayan - downtown. Their food is wonderful. We loved the place. We went there twice. The shrimp aguachile civeche is amazing. Everything we ordered was amazing. They don't have an extensive menu - but everything was great. their website is www.elarrayan.com.mex The staff was so nice and even brought out some toys for our then almost 2 year old son to play with. This time I plan on venturing into Bucieras since we will be staying close by. Any Bucieras recommendations?

Yeah, I say let her calm down too. Just stand your ground and don't even bring it up. When she brings it up don't even say anything or try to redirect her and talk about something else. Hopefully she'll back off.

I think you should be upfront witht them and tell them that you invited a certain group and that's it. They don't understand that you have to pay for their meals etc and at some point you may have to explain it to them. We have people staying at their timeshare instead of the resort hotel and we have to pay $60 per person for a half day pass. People don't realize that costs add up. One of the people staying at the timeshare kept inviting people to stay with them! We finally had to break it down to them and in the end she got a little miffed because our resort was charging for day passes. I'm like - HELLO - it's an all inclusive resort! Where else are you going to have access to all the food you can eat, all the alcohol you can drink for $60?? People are idiots.

OMG!! I thought my daughter was the only one who watched this show! She is 10 and she LOVES it! About a month ago, she just got totally sucked in! Now on Wednesdays instead of watching the bad ass kids on Nanny 911, we watch GH. She loves it! The episode tomorrow is about the insane assylum isn't it? She said that none of the kids she knows at school watch it. She is so funny. She gets herself all worked up. She scares herself so much she can't sleep. We watch it with her and she still gets all freaked out! FI likes to watch the alien sighting shows. I don't believe in aliens, but he does. He said he is going to convert me over.

I haven't vacationed there but am having my wedding next door at RIU Vallarta. Raeka (Mel) got married there and should have a review on the PV section. From what we saw when we walked through the hotel was very beautiful. The gazebo is stunning. Erika is the wedding coordinator there. Let me know if you have any questions. WOW! Sounds like you have bent over backwards and have been more than acommodating! I suggest having a sit down with the ENTIRE group! Have FI take those guys - by the hands like some 5year olds - because that's how they are acting - and get their suits. As for the girls, have a sit down with them all together and get everything hashed out. You shouldn't be stressed out about it and your sister shouldn't get treated this way either. I hope things get better for you!

Talking about things you say when you're a kid....I remember when we were kids, my little sister (always the drama queen) used to wear this fake furry coat. She went into my mom's room and was crying hysterically and was screaming that my older sister was pulling her "hair". Without asking, my mom reacted and yelled at my older sister and spanked her and sent her to her room. Well- my little sister meant she was pulling the "hair" on her stupid furry ass coat. My mom felt so dumb.

Nice Rach! I am waiting one more week - the IRS lost my 2007 returns I mailed on February 13th. I am SO mad about this. Ironically, I had to send in some amended taxes for 2006 and they got those but not 2007 - and I mailed them at the same time.
