We ate there 3 night in a row- haha sick, I know. We loved it that much! AND we stayed at an AI too. Anyways, the set up is gorgeous. I wish we would have had our guests go there! Oh, thanks Rach! We ate at the one in Nuevo Vallarta. Don't ask me how to get there, I couldn't see a damn thing! It was dark so I couldn't see anything ( I am night blind) We just showed up and walked into this open aired restaurant that had all of these lights in baskets. The set up was pretty neat. I had the seafood fajitas - and I ate the entire order! OMG - the lobster and veggies were grilled just how I like! I don't even know if FI's mom has the place secured yet. She better get on it! We only have a group of 26 - I hope it works out!

I have my sil's baby shower this weekend so hopefully next weekend i can tackle some more wedding things. I have to hit up michaels too, i need turquoise ribbon for invites. Yeah - he is just doing it to help me out - and it's free!. I am so happy! My boss was all for me working out an hour before I leave every day. Woo hoo! After I got his approval, I was set! I am so glad the weather is getting nice because I can go out and walk with the kids. I hate being inside when it's warm out. Cool on your bags! My sis has a screenprinting business, but since we aren't talking she isn't doing my bags. A friend of mind offered to have our bags embroidered where she works for free! I said yes - and then she sent me a pic of the embroidery. It was NOT what I wanted. We talked about making some changes, so we'll see what she comes up with. I keep seeing tons of turqoise stuff, but nothing in teal. I'm getting to the point where my colors are beginning to be shades of turquoise and teal! Oh well - the colors are all in the same family so it probably doesn't matter anyway.

THey got such great EVP and pictures. REALLY FREAKY pics and video.. I hope its on again so you could see. OMG - yeah - we totally want to see that one! - We are trying to find out when it is on again. I lied, the guy got knocked out at the Armory. They didnt find anything at the penitentiary.
  6. I'm happy today because it's 6 months till my day!
  7. Alright Steph - 6 months for us!! Here's to us and 6 months! Any new planning stuff going on? I am going to Michaels tonight to see if I can find some teal ribbon. Im trying to get one project done at a time! My stepmom said she would add a layer of teal colored tulle to my daughters petticoat. OMG - it is going to look adorable! I think I am going to start my huge crack-down diet today. I started working out yesterday with a trainer. One of the guys here used to be a professional body builder. He is in his 40's and still has a great bod - but he knows all the moves to get my arms toned. He is the fitness king around here - so I am going to use my resources!
  8. Did you guys watch it last night? There were two episodes. The first one they were in a penitentiary. The sound guy got knocked out! That was a trip! The second one was kind of lame. They went to a house and couldn't find anything so they called in a priest to bless the house. There was a show on afterwards - called Children of the Grave - or something like that. My daughter heard the theme music and freaked out! She was crying! The Children of the Grave sounded good, but we missed it. Hopefully it will come on again. FI said that the children of the grave was on one of the top 10 most haunted places in america. I'll have to check and see....
  9. Wow,what a jerk! I agree with Alyssa, keep an eye out for your dog. He sounds a little like someone with too much time on his hands. My current neighbor (who actually passed away in January) - before she died, she was a B**ch! OMG - for Mothers Day 5 years ago, FI had a beautiful red concrete patio poured for me. My FMIL bought us new patio furniture and a new grill. I had beautiful patio pots. I totally loved it! Our house was newly built, so we didn't have our fence up yet. One day our neighbor had some guys doing some renovation work at her house. The guys were cleaning out their paint tools right by my patio and got some kind of grease all over my new patio! FI went out there and told them about it. They tried to clean it up and it didn't work. When I found out I went over and asked her about it and she immediately denied they did anything wrong. I said - well if they didn't do anything, why did they try to clean it up? After going back and forth with her contractors, they denied it even after my FI said he saw them cleaning their tools there we still got no where. I filed a police report with pictures. Needless to say, the next week, someone poured grease all over my patio in the same place where the spots were. We were livid! We knew it was her! We have tried everything to get the stains out. To this day they are still there. Since it is a dyed concrete, it is hard to get the stain out without leaving a huge discoloration. I ended up buying an outdoor rug to cover it, but still - every time I go out there it's like a thorn in my side.
  10. Rachel, My eye make up is gone! I am sitting here crying like a baby! OMG - you and your dress are absolutely stunning! Everyone looked so happy. Just looking at the pictures you can tell you and hubby are meant for eachother. Totally well worth the wait! Your programs were beautiful! Everything looked amazing. What a beautiful day!

So #1. - I'm happy that Carly got her period (got mine the first day of our vacation last year - can anyone say MISERY! - wouldn't wish that on anyone!) #2. - I'm happy today because it rained here last night and all morning. Last night I transplanted a lilac bush by my kitchen window (so I can open the windows and smell lilacs) - and my bushes really needed the water.

It sucks that my veil is like $289! - But it dresses up the dress some and to pay less than $400 for a dress and veil is nothing considering what some of the girls on this site have paid!
  13. Rachel - you are a little shit! LMAO!! Gotta love that Little House on the Prarie pic!
  14. Still waiting..... You'll have to start a new thread or post what page they are on when they come!
  15. Thanks! Let us see what you find when you find it! I never heard of hollow to hem either until now.

They charge about $2K for the most expensive wedding package. It includes the reception dinner for up to 50 guests but I bet you can pay extra for the remaining guests. It is definitely the most affordable option for me! Good luck! I'm a RIU Bride to be myself! They may even be able to help you do something more private since you have more guests. Look at their wedding options and see if something there fits your needs! Good luck!

Yesterday my stepmom said she would sew in some teal colored tulle under her dress. I am so excited to see how it will turn out.

I know morgan made her own cups and they looked really cute, you should check out that thread. Thank you! I am so in love with that kid! Yeah, Morgan was an inspiration for the cups! I'm going to have to check out some dollar stores or somewhere to see what I can find for cups. 19. No - I haven't seen it before! But thanks for sharing - I have spent the last 30 minutes looking at the site!!
  20. Actually - the pic of my son below is from my FMIL's timeshare! We stood at Mayan Palace in Nuevo Vallarta. It was a beautiful property! Our room view was stunning!

I was going to do koozies but my ai resort poors everything into plastic cups, so i ended up ordering stadium cups that have one of our logos on them. I know! Last year we stood at my FMIL's timeshare and bottled water was like $9 for a big bottle! So yeah - every time I see our timeshare guests, I am going to load them up with my AI water and soda! hehe! My stepmom is going to order us some water bottle labels, so the timeshare people will get those. We have 8 timeshare people altogether. We'll have time to raid our minibars in our room before we see the timeshare guests - so it totally works out! I was going to do some of the DIY cups. I picked up some rub-offs the other day. I just have to find some cute cheap cups. Where did you get your cups from? My FI thinks I am nuts with the cups. Since he drinks beers, he has no clue how frustrating it will be to have to keep getting up to get margarita refills! I'm also going to get some cheap tropical cups with straws for my kiddos!

I get the bleach from my dentist. It comes in a syringe and you just put a dot on each tooth in the tray and put them in. Last time I only did it for 2 hours and it didn't work - the girl at the dentist office said to leave them in overnight instead, and it worked! FI teases me and says I am going to look like a freak in our pictures with my white teeth - I told him not to hate because he has a butter grill!
