Hi I can't help you with the menu cards as we didn't do that The chair covers with sashes were $15.00 each Chandlyn decorates the ceromomny site . We dropped off fans we wanted her to use and left a note with instructions in her office day before My mom went to Mamme Bay restaurant and decorated the table about 2 hrs before I think Chandlyn will do this but we wanted to make sure it was the way we wanted.

We used Lee's Tours and Taxi for a trip to Dunns Fall's and shopping afterwards...as well we had them taxi us from the airport @ MB to the Riu...alot nicer than the shuttle bus with a ton of other ppl and their luggage Lee's were awesome and Norma provides a cell phone so I could call her from the Riu and set whatever we wanted up for same day service if we wanted...Just can't say enough good things about them

We sent our paperwork to Chandlyn from Canada (just regular post) and they were there in 2 weeks...
