  2. I like #2 alot! You have such a cute figure! If you like #1 and the bow bothers you, I'm sure you can get the bow taken off- I learned it's amazing what they can do to dresses!!!
  3. The Casitas Gazebo is very very not private-- right on walkway- and only holds like 8-10 people-- but it is right off the main walkway- we walked right past it several times a day.. The presidential gazebo is really really pretty.....
  4. I totally agree with all the post-- we originally had around 40-45 people say they were going about a year in advance, and actually had 23 people there-- which was the perfect group- but definitely less than what was said originally. Having a DW was the absolute best decision about my wedding I made-- the families and friends got to get to know each other better in such a relaxed setting. The all-inclusive part was so convenient and made everything so not stressful... I say- follow your heart!!!!

We went snorkeling at EDR and it made the snorkeling amazing- bc it protected us and the fish from the surf.. Here are some pictures of the beach/sandbags...
  6. WOW- just stunning-I LOVE your hair- and the colors ---just beautiful! tThe pictures are so amazing.
  7. Hey Nicole- I just got married at EDR in May-- you'll find tons of information about the resort, and Mexico, on resort- let me know if you have any specific questions- you'll love EDR
  8. Awesome review!!and the pictures look great-- but of course- need to see more!! You look absolutely beautiful!!!!

We tipped throughout the week, just bc we both bartended our way through undergrad, so we have a thing with tipping, plus the DH was feeling pretty good all week so he was kinda just throwing out money- LOL.. and then for our private events- we tipped pretty heavily (i think for dinner @ Fuentes we tipped $80, we tipped the cocktail waiters at our cocktail party $35, and the reception people @ Tucanes, $50)....
  10. Thank you for posting! I can't view them from work- but can't wait to see them when I get home tonight!!
  11. Hey!! We got our pictures back from Cancun Studios from our wedding at El Dorado Royale on May 16th... They just gave us a link to all the pictures and we are suppose to pick out our favorites and they will put together our slideshow- so I'll post the link to the slideshow when that is up. In the meantime, I saved some pix to photobucket, so I could post some of them now! I was really pleased with Cancun Studios and would highly recommend them.... I didn't post any of the cocktail hour at Sky Palapa, our dinner at Fuentes, or reception at Tucanes-- just so many pictures!! -but I do have them, if any future EDR (or past!) wants to see them- just PM me. Some of those pix will be included in the slideshow, which I'll post when that is up.. Enjoy! :) Vince before wedding!
  12. Love the pix you have up--- more please! You look beautiful and I LOVE the chocolate brown color of wedding party!!! CONGRATS
  13. Hey everyone!! I just thought I'd pass along---- a couple of my friends have donated their wedding dress to this cause. It is a "legit" cause and makes it possible for your amazing dress to be enjoyed and loved by another bride, as well as helps the battle against breast cancer..... Brides Against Breast Cancer Also, you can buy wedding favors, place holders, keepsakes, etc from the website and the profits go toward the charity... A bride can even buy a donated dress from the charity (if you are looking for a dress) and the proceeds go toward the fight against breast cancer! Brides Against Breast Cancer

In NC, we just had to have the marriage certificate translated (resort did it for $90)- and I just went to Social Security office, showed my passport/birth certificate, and the translated marriage certificate and that was it....It suprised me that it's different with different states...
