It snowed a little last week but didn't stay. And I woke up this morning to this. Yikes! And it's still coming down!

Ok I'll show pictures. Not the front though b/c that upsets me. The bangs are SOO Short. like really really short. She did this like two layer thing in the back like a mullet. Not even a bob. I don't know what she was thinking! So like the bottom flips out and top flips under. It's weird. Should I just go back and do a shorter bob? But make someone else do it?? So I went to get my hair cut. I went in wanting the Nicole Ritchie bob but just below my shoulders and not any shorter. This lady just chopped my hair off. It's way above my shoulders and horrible. Looks nothing like it. And my bangs are so short. I can't even put it in a pony tail. I just feel horrible and can't stop crying. What do I do. I called to speak to the manager but she's not in till tomorrow. Should I just find a shorter cut I like and go somewhere else? Or what? Should she refund my money? What do I do?

I'm watching an informercial thingie about Wen Hair Care System. It sounds awesome but almost to good to be true. Its this one product that you put in that doesn't have the harsh chemicals shampoo has so it's a shampoo conditioner in one. It doesn't lather. It's suppose to be amazing! So I'm reading reviews or trying to find any. Have any of you heard about it? I would love to find a shampoo that is not so expensive that is more natural without harsh chemicals.

A good friend of mine is getting married and is looking for about 10-12 inch vases that will fit lemons inside. I asked her to send me a pic. If anyone has any idea where you know where cheap ones are or if you have any to sell pleeeease let me know! Thanks!

I use to do acrylics for 6 years. I clip them super short. Then soak in acetone. Then file the top and repeat. If you rip them off they will hurt your real nails. It takes a while to get them off though. If you keep filing them down they will eventually come off easier. Don't rip them!

Ok so I'm watching the coverage on the news. I'm sitting in the office my DH has the tv on in the bedroom. They show a map of the US and of course Alaska and Hawaii are at the bottom. The news lady says I quote "Where are Hawaii and Alaska...oh I see at the bottom...wait is that where they really are?" OMG seriously? I just had to share. Crazy.

We just got back. I had to take the little boy I nanny and they gave him a sticker too. We only have a few touch screens so I did paper and filled in the bubbles while the little boy I watch laughed the entire time. For some reason it was funny to him.

Ok I didn't know where to put this...I was gonna put it in the halloween costume thread but it wasn't my costume. And I thought it was funny. On Halloween we went out with friends and our friend dresses as McCain. Not only that but this town is very very Obama friendly. So alot of people cussed us out or yelled at us. It was crazy. Anyways I thought I'd share the funny photos. Oh and btw I'm voting for Obama! PS this is no way suppose to be offensive. He wanted to dress as Obama but they were out of masks. He just thought it was hilarious. First we went to Mcdonalds...gotta have shades Gotta get my drink on! This was hilarious. We passed the Democratic office and got a sign and when the parade marched through he marched through the streets. We even made it on the news! It was hilarious! Then we found Sarah Palin with a gun! More drinks! CHUG!

I'm thinking it's not accurate. I did DH with Jessica Alba and it turned into your first baby Ana...hahaha. The nose was a tad different but DH and Jessica have dark hair and the baby was blonde...uh?? But it's still fun.

Oh my god I am crying laughing. I decided to try me and Johnny Depp...lordie that was hideous so I did me and Orlando Bloom and it is the SAME baby as me and DH. My dh acted sad and said I KNEW i wasn't the dad you had a baby with Orlando Bloom!!! HAHAHAHAHAH. So funny. ETA: We looked closer and the eyes were darker, ears a littler bigger and the baby was whiter....so I said seee he's not the same.

Sarah, No they didn't come from the same place. Erabos we got from a lady who found the litter on the side of the road with no mama. The second we got from a kill shelter. They were euthanizing because they had so many. They both are about an hour away from us in different directions.

It's sad b/c he gets so lonely but I can't handle another death like that.

Thank you for all of your thoughts. The more I read about FIP it sounds like that. Loki has a really bad cold right now and so he might be the carrier. It makes sense. Though our vet told us it was from feline herpes. Sadly, this morning we weren't thinking and we buried him right away. We both had to leave for work and so we just did it. I really don't want to unbury him. I think we're both done trying to have 2 kitties. I think Loki is meant to be an only child at the moment. I'm going to go google the FIV right now but the first one sounds pretty spot on. Which is sad to know that Loki gave it to his brother. I just hope he doesn't get it himself. But I just wanted to share some of the last pics of Kai. The last one is the last I took of him. This was Monday when he was sick. He was laying in the sun to get warm. He was just so tiny.
