ya know what. so i got hit by a car two years ago and i put on 25 pounds in a year from not being able to be active. then once i stepped on a scale and realiized WOW im 205 i realized i had to change things. i got "the abs diet" book by the advice of a limo driver at a wedding in san deigo and its changed everything. they even have one for women. it costs like 14 bucks and its the most informative health, lifestyle, excercise, nutrition book ever. ive lost 15 pounds and im not even working out. after reading that book i realized what people do wrong. why pretty much all "diets " fail and why this one isnt a "diet" but a lifestyle. and after changing the way i eat i dont even feel like cheating. i feel really good and i still eat what i used to, i still have my sweets and ice cream and cookies and chips, but i just happen to do it a lot healthier and its great. i HIGHLY recommend it
