    didn't you guys feel disgusted aboutmeat after you read it?! But of course after the initial repulsivness wore off, i had a steak that night! It is an extreme diet/lifestyle....it just puts a funny spin on eating right and living a healthy lifestyle.

    SInce a lot of us are on the diet/exercise train, i thought I'd recomend this book Skinny B*%#@* by Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin. It's an easy read and hilarious. Check it out...
