  1. oh Jaime, stay positive...though I know it's hard especially when your sick. The immune deficiency syndrome your friend has is a very, very serious syndrome usually associated with AIDs and cancer patients. Sometimes people can get it if they take high dose sterioids or if they have their spleen taken out. Medicine is a practice, not a law...so it's always changing and treatment sometimes varies from doctor to doctor. That being said...a GOOD doctor is invaluable! One that is not only clinically competant but who will take the time to listen to you and be compassionate. They're hard to come by now-a-days. As for your bronchitis, ask for a Z-pack (azithromycin antibiotic) and tylenol w/ codeine to help you sleep. I hope you feel better
  2. I get really red too after I work out...don't know why. I also get really, really red after I drink, go figure.
  3. I hope you get it Lizzy! You definately need to feel like a beautiful bride on your wedding day! I'm so glad I bought my other casablanca dress...but then that's it for us...no more shopping for wedding gowns
  4. So I attempted to do a trial run w/ the iron on transfer paper I got from Promotional tote bags custom sizes and styles from cheap totes. But it didn't come w/ instructions on how to do it. I -inverted the image on paint -set my printer on "best" printing setting -fed the paper w/ purple line up -cut off the excess paper around image -set my iron on the highest setting -put a book under the bag for a harder surface to iron on -and slowly ironed the image on When I slowly removed the paper, there some cracking... do you wait till it completely cools before removing? How high do you set your iron? How long do you iron it for? I hate the shininess from the iron on paper that surrounds the image. Is there any way to dimish that? And it kinda turned out brown...is that from a dirty iron or did I iron it too long? errrr...i hate DIY projects...any tips/tricks would be great!
  5. it's very beautiful. You are going to look so gorgeous Erica!

Shaken and served with a fresh pineapple. that sounds yummy...i like the idea of a signature drink.
  7. awe Jaime...how frustrating! At least your not in pain anymore. I say just go by your symptoms. Hopefully it won't re-occur...but if the pain comes back...maybe a CT scan?
  8. That's cute! i'm getting a Golden Sate Warriors garter...FI has been a fan forever. I'll post pics when I get it.

Me being the cheapo that I am, I called the customer service # and asked, for the heck of it, if I can get another price adjustment. Low and behold she gave it to me!!!!! All 4 BM dresses cost me $156 instead of $316...i love deals...i love nordies even more.

  14. I have fluidity too! I totally saw a difference in my butt and thighs just after 2 weeks! I haven't done it in awhile though! It's a great buy!

I do want to get into the actual ballet moves again, but that and pilates would be excellent! I noticed a difference in my butt and thighs the most after only 2 weeks of doing it 4 times a week. You do the movements and then you stretch, so it's like pilates...it's supposed to elongate your muscles.
  16. I bought Guts the pther day and love it! Thanks Erica for the hair tip. I cut my hair really short (wanted to get rid of all my highlights) a few months ago, and it's in that in btw. stage. It gets so flat at the top, but with guts I get volume. Thanks for the tip...i love beauty tips!
  17. Have you heard of the Bar Method? They have a few gyms where I live that utilizes the ballet bar for exercises. I've done a few and they are killer. Never knew such small movements can produce a burn like no other. The classes were $$ so I ordered Fluidity: Fitness Evolved. The workout is just as good...but i'll admit, I haven't done it in awhile.
