My BF got married this weekend, and I was her MOH! It was such a beautiful wedding, filled with all her close friends and family. She was drop dead beautiful in her wedding gown. I've been a BM many times before, but never a MOH. Let me tell you, it was hard work! But of course it was all worth it, so that she wouldn't have to stress about anything. I love them both dearly and am so happy for them. They were married at Ruby Hill Golf Club - Home in Pleasanton, CA. The food and service is phenomenal. Make-up and Hair was done by Christine Makeup Artist. Her team did a great job on everyone's hair and make up. Being that all of us are Asian (I think asian eyes are a bit trickier to do), i think she did an exceptional job. Cake was done by Katrina Rozelle Pastries & Desserts. Delicious! Also, I just noticed that you are planning to get married in Nov.. By that time, it won't be so hot inthe late afternoon/evening time...i think you can start your ceremony much sooner. Say 4 or 5ish. I'm getting married this Oct. and am asking my guests to be at the Gazebo by 4:45pm b/c the ceremony will start at 5pm. Hope this helps!

When I went on a site visit last year I saw a few weddings in both areas, Oceana Terrace (place by the smaller pool) and la Cascada (area near the main pool). Once the staff set up and placed a sign designating that it was a private party, people kinda headed out. Oceana is way more private though if that's what you want. I'm having my reception at La Cascada b/c i have a larger group. I don't think there'll be a privacy issue. Plus, I think everyone will be too busy dancing and drinking to even notice!

This is a tough one...i think it may look a little off since your accessories are so dark in color and then your bouquet is bright pink...then again, they won't see your shoes unless you pull up your dress, and I'm sure you won't be carrying your bag at the same time as your bouquet. So you may get away w/ it. BTW, your shoes are damn hot...so sexy!

Time is flying so fast. I can't believe it's almost wedding shower time. i bought 2 dresses and am going to go shopping downtown tomorrow to see what else I can buy . John's sister is throwing me a Hawaiian themed shower so this is what I plan on wearing: My friends and co-workers are throwing me a mexican themed shower in a couple of weeks. I think I may wear this dress: what I love about it, is the back... I'll post lots of pics after the parties!!!
