Stephanie I was able to book my travel for my Nov 09 wedding already it was a pre-booking rate and once the actual rates come out we get the price we already booked at or if the actual price comes in lower we get that price. We are having our dinner at the Steakhouse and then we rented The Presidental Suite to have the reception in. We are not getting the open bar and private dinner because it is just too costly. I started in July 08 for a Nov 09 wedding lots of time I was just excited. I think 12 months is lots of time.
