Yay! You are getting married on my birthday! I got married in Mexico on Sept 29th. Somehow all the details came together. It was so awesome my friends and family were there. We all had an awesome time! And you will too! Congratulations!

Yay! I think that is the best way to go. But I would let them book your hotel. That should be fine. I would ask for Amarjit. I became good friends with her and she made my Bridemaids bouquets. They were beautiful!!!!

I worked with a gal named Amarjit. She was the sweetest person ever! But I have to be honest. We had the worst travel itinerary than any of our other guests. And all our guests booked through destination weddings. By the time it was time to go to Mexico we could not get a direct flight, we flew continental, not our choice. All our guests were booked with different airlines. I think because destination weddings buy bulk air. My son left for Mexico the same day as us and they put him on a completely different airline than Michael and I. Unbelievable. Other than the travel Amarjit was so helpful. And it is a nice website for your friends and family to go to. And on the flight home, we were laid over in Houston Texas for 5 hours and then flew home to Chicago on a little charter plane. So I was a bit upset over that. Hopefully you will have a better experience. Tammy

Right after the ceremony we had a champagne toast and then had to sign six documents along with our thumbprints and then we took pictures.

Just that it would open November of 2007. From the staff I heard this. Thanks, Amanda, it was amazing!

Hi Amanda, They actually turned off the power at the RIU when we were there 2 weeks ago to connect to the new construction. I thought it was opening November 2007? That was the buzz when I was there. We were married September 29th, were you there then? Tammy

Adriana is no longer the wedding coordinator at the RIU. I was just married there September 29th and her last day was Oct 5th.

I was just married Sept 29th at the RIU. Adriana was my wedding coordinator and Friday after my wedding was her last day. It is a shame she left, she was awesome. Let me know if you have any other questions? Just a note, the mexican restaurant is not air conditioned so we moved our reception to an air condiditoned building, much nicer.

This is what I got for my guests:Airplane Luggage Tag Wedding Favors - $3.69 The reason being the same about the beach towels. so many towels to bring to Mexico. We also purchased some plastic hearts that open, we are putting mints inside and on the outside a picture of us with our wedding date.

I sent out these 8 months prior to the wedding:Save the Date Magnets for Weddings and special occasions!* We have photo wedding magnets too! And then post cards closer to the date.

Have you chosen a place in Cabo to get married yet?

I am getting married in Cabo and they told me you have to be in the country 3 days not counting arrival day and day of wedding. I am getting married September 29th and I am arriving in Cabo on September 25th:)
