In reference to Vistaprint, have you signed up for their emails or looked online for current coupon codes? Everything that I've ordered from them was free & all I had to pay for was shipping. So I'm just wondering if what you saw in terms of pricing was with their special emails. If this isn't in your budget then you should probably go with something less expensive because there might be something else down the line really worth blowing the budget for. I also like the idea of splurging on the invites as opposed to the STD's.

My shoes did not show when I was standing either. When you tried on your dress before the alterations were done, did you have the shoes on? Usually, they make you bring your shoes that you're actuallly wearing to the fitting so that the measurements are accurate. Even if you didnt have the actual shoes, she should have known better to make the measurements the way you wanted. But what if you get a new pair of shoes with a lower heel? If your shoes are showing now, I'm thinking that if you get a new pair of shoes with a lower heel, your dress will be longer & cover the shoes? KWIM? Now I'm sure you have the shoes that you love already, but maybe getting another pair in the same color, will solve the problem. Or, if you don't want to get another pair of shoes, can you take the shoes you already have & get the heel cut an inch or so? I never knew they could do that until one of my friends had it done. Just a suggestion! As a matter of fact, maybe you'd be "safer" getting a new pair of shoes instead of trying to get the heel cut on the ones that you already have. The last thing you need is for someone else to mess your shoes up & to be stressed out about 2 people's mistake!

While your wedding planning is over, you will have plenty of post-wedding projects to look forward too, trust me!!! It's been 6 months & I am still post-wedding busy! You'll have to go through all of your photographers pictures, picking out which ones you may want to put in the house & give to family, then you'll have thank you cards to do, wedding albums to put together, oh and let's not forget all of the paperwork you have to look forward to with your name change! I'm telling you, you think its over, but it's just begun! So take a breath now, relax and then prepare yourself for the other stuff thats coming! I'm sure you'll be fine though. Anytime you feel a little blue, just think about how all your hard work paid off since you had a wonderful wedding & how much of a great time your guests had. Then think of all thats ahead of you as husband & wife. Hopefully that will make you smile a bit.

Both styles look very pretty & I love the flower. As long as you bring pics with you I'm sure you'll be fine! Also make sure you have a good holding spray...it's quite windy on the beach!

I would not pay for guests that you didn't plan for, didn't invite, & don't know, especially if it's not in your budget. I had one family member who stayed at a diff resort & I told him that he was responsible for the cost of his day pass for himself & his GF. Have you or FI spoken to FIL to let him know that day passes were involved at additional costs? I'd explain that your wedding package only accomodates a certain # of people and that the guests that he invited go beyond that #.

Leia, everything looks amazing. Love the dress & all of your accessories, especially the jewelry & your clutch. You did a great job with everything & you are beyond organized....that seating chart is incredible!!! LOL Have a great wedding & can't wait to you get back to share the details.

I don't think any photos are included in the free package. Also, Michael does not automatically show up, especially if you have the free package. You have to go to the PhotoShop when you arrive & schedule him for your wedding. I think he has a list of upcoming weddings & he'll probably email you prior to your date. The day I sent them, which was like 3/8, I sent her an email telling her that I sent the info & she told me she'd notify me when she received them. When I didn't hear from her within the next week, I sent another email & she didn't respond until 3/21. I think she had them long before she actually responded. Wow..I thought the pics that your guests took were great but the pro pics are just beyond belief. Your photog did an excellent job! I love your makeup as well & your veil is simply beautiful. I really like the pic with you two in front of the pond, the greenery is amazing. The location was just wonderful.

I think I sent it Priority Mail & made sure that I got a tracking number & signature confirmation. I got married at Riu Ocho Rios & would definitely recommend it. There are other brides who got married at other resorts & had wonderful weddings! Take your time & pick the one that looks right for you! Remember, this is an important decision. So take a breath & just read away!
