Thanks ladies. I'd say that since she had a pretty busy weekend, it may take a few days. I think I got 1 teaser within 2 days but then our session was small since it was just 3 of us. 18 is a whole other story! LOL I'm sure you'll get one soon & make sure you SHARE!

Here's the link to those: Custom Color Changing Mood Stadium Cups Hope this helps you.
  4. to BDW Danielle. You will absolutely love it here. There is so much information, especially on Jamaica! And everyone is extremely helpful. Happy Planning!
  5. Oh, thanks for sharing the recipe. I too love Rum Cream, especially banana. I stock up everytime we go to Jamaica & will be getting some more in June.
  6. Love the dress Shelley, especially the corset back! And your hair, beautiful!!! Can't wait to see the pics from your day of how everything comes together!

It was kinda last minute, I just contacted her on Thursday last week, so I only had a few days to prepare, and its kinda last minute in relation to my wedding, which I think we're date twins, on the 16th of May. And thank you, its been tough but well worth it. I'm sure you're a bit nervous but trust me, you'll be just fine! You'll be more comfortable than you think, especially when you get into the swing of things! I was a bundle of nerves going in & thought I would die, but all went well & at some point I didn't even want to leave! LOL Casey, congrats on your LAST DAY OF WORK!!!
  8. I'm just returning from our anniv cruise & and just wanted to say thanks soooo much for all of your compliments! Like Carly said, this really was a confidence booster. I've never had a day where I looked like that at all & I had so much fun that I wish I could do something like this more often. Since this is going to be DH's 1 year anniversary gift, it would be cool to do something like this every year, if only I could afford that!! As Yamille, Casey & Shannon have said, Kamila was a pleasure to work with & I can't wait to get more teasers & see all of my pictures. And wow, its so cool to see so many of you have scheduled dates. You are going to have so much fun! You'll see! I'm excited for you guys & can't wait to see your pics & hear about your experience. Shannon, Casey, & Yamille, I'm still undecided about the album too. I'm tempted to get the one thats included in the package & then if I feel the need to, I can make my own since I did my wedding album & I know that the quality of the album was great. But then I keep thinking that it may be easier to just upgrade to the larger album & let Kamila arrange it. This is gonna be a tough decision. I guess I'll keep thinking about it. Hopefully one of the other ladies has gotten theirs & can give us some insight regarding the quality. At least I have some time to figure this out since I'm not going to give the album to him until we return to Jamaica in June.

  10. Ok ladies, I am literally on my way out the door headed to the airport for our vacation. But I know better than to leave without posting & I want you all to see just how fabulous Kamila is as you can see from Casey & Yamille's pictures. Everytime I look at the teaser, I'm amazed that its me....I'll probably leave this up for a few days. Anyway, without further ado..... Ok, I can't upload the picture for some reason & don't have the time to play around with it. But I'll send it to Casey & Yamille and have them post it for me. See ya next week!

I left early to go to class but I will just say that both Casey and Yolanda looked beyond fabulous and I know those pics are going to be hot. I got home after classes and my hair was still all bombshelled out and FI was like "oh my gosh you hair looks amazing. What did you do?" In another snowball of lies I told him that after the library before class I had a wedding hair trial. He was sort of going crazy for it which I thought was funny. Who knew some rollers, teasing, and hairspray would have that effect on him?? I need to get me a curling iron. stat! Thats too funny! All the lies we've told to cover this up will be soo worth it though! I can't wait to tell him the story behind it all. The fact that we get together, with complete "strangers" to take these pics for them is really hilarious. He'll think I'm surely off my rocker! And yes, your hair was just too cute & sexy! And the hair flower was perfect. Definitely get the curling iron...Remember, 1 inch barrel.

Yes, you must go in with a plan! Although we also had every intention of getting it on, it just didn't happen. We had so much fun hanging out with our friends & family & partying the night away that we got in sooo late & were quite tipsy. In retrospect, it must've been my fault that it didn't happen. I'm thinking that maybe I spent to much time in the bathroom "getting ready"! By the time I went in, changed my dress & slipped into the lingerie, I came out & DH was KNOCKED OUT! I mean, he was snoring & the whole 9 yards. I just stood there thinking . So I just got in the bed next to him, snuggled up & it was lights out for me too. I didn't realize how exhausted I was too! So, future brides maybe your plan should be...a little bit of this so that you can have lots of this. LOL!
  13. Hey Yamille! Just want to add to Yamille's comments this was my 1st experience & I will definitely admit that i was EXTREMELY NERVOUS going in. But after spending the day with Yamille, Casey & Kamila, I must say that if I could afford it, I'd do it all over again! I had so much fun. I'm totally body conscious & have my parts that I don't want anyone to see (LOL), but I felt very comfortable with everyone there. It also helps that Kamila shows you every shot that she takes so you get to know how you look. If there's something that you don't like about the shot, she was MORE THAN HAPPY to re-do it! I kept looking at the pics and was amazed that that was me in the shots! The hardest part of my session was keeping this from DH! It was such a struggle not to tell him what I was up to! But I know he'll be beyond surprised. And the last kicker was that he was away on business so I had nothing to worry about concerning explaining my whereabouts all day yesterday. Well, guess who came home a day early Yup, as soon as I left the hotel & got off of the train, he called & said he was 10 minutes away from the house. UGHHH...Talk about a mad dash home? I literally ran home to remove all traces of makeup, put all lingerie back in my drawers, & put his shirt & hats back in his closet. It was close, but I managed! Anyway, both Kamila & her makeup artist Michelle, were above professional & I too would recommend them in a heartbeat. I'll be away on vacation next week so I'll probably miss my teasers , but can't wait to see them when I return. It was great to meet Yamille & Casey and I know their pics are going to be amazing too as they were such naturals in front of the camera!!!!
  14. Beautiful pics! Love the colors of your BM dresses & your bouquets...Lovely! Congratulations.

You bring up a good point. We tend to book tours on our own as opposed to booking with the ship & if anything happened we'd definitely be in trouble leaving our passports on the ship. Thanks for all of your responses. I guess I'll find out their process next week. Maybe I won't even have a choice & I'll be required to take it with me. I'll certainly post my review upon my return...Now to packing

Wow, I don't remember doing that on the last RCCL cruise that I was on. I just remember using my Set Sail card/room key as ID to get back on the ship. So this is interesting. Maybe I won't even have a choice!
  18. On all of my past cruises, when going off of the ship & on a tour, DH & I have always left our passports on the ship, in our cabin's safe. I've never thought twice about this & never had an inclination to take my passport off of the ship. While preparing for my upcoming cruise, I've read sooo many articles about how to handle your passport, especially when you're off the ship & on tours. I know to make copies of my passport & will leave 1 copy at home with my mom & then take another copy on the cruise. But the articles I've come across have given me food for thought in that some advise you to take your passport with you anytime that you leave the ship. The reasoning for this is that in the event that something happens to you, like if you don't make it back to the ship on time for some reason & the ship leaves you, you will have your passport with you, which is said to make it easier for you in the event that you have to travel from your current port & meet the ship at the next destination or if you have to go back home. It has been said that a copy of your passport is not helpful in those cases & you can't really travel with a copy. The only thing that the copy of the passport will do is help to get you a new one quicker. So ofcourse, this has me thinking, what do you do with your passport when leaving the ship? Do you always take it with you no matter what? Do you leave it in the safe until the end of the cruise, not removing it until its time return home?
  19. Congratulations! Thanks for your review & for sharing your pictures! It really looks like you had a wonderful time. Everything was beautiful. Love the flowers, they were very pretty. That was nice that you caught your DH's face when he got your BD book. That was priceless!
  20. I'm not sure about the other sites but I've used Mypublisher to make my wedding albums & they now have a toll free customer support #. I would call & ask them their policy. I have also found that they are very quick to respond to emails so you can also contact their customer support dept that way. This would really be good info to know.

It sounds like an excellent resource for making decisions about the resort & vendors.

I'll never really know who still uses the bags & thats really fine. It was meant to be useful while in Jamaica & they were very cost effective. Overall, I know that I saw all of my guests carrying their bag during the weekend & I know that I'll use mine forever & ever! LOL

Also, the letters are shaped different than my old name and it doesn't flow like it used to! LOL I had lots of loopys and now, not so much. My hand gets confused. Maybe I need to sit down & practice, practice, practice...like we used to do in school when practicing penmanship...LOL Congrats on being an Aunt Katrina! You know we need pictures!
  24. Very nice! His face was too funny when you told him about the ring. And boy, that wind...it was like he had to keep you from blowing away when you went to give your bm your bouquet! You guys looked very happy though!
