Dear Seller: What the F is wrong with you? You knew that the final inspection was today and yet you failed to show up our make sure your agent was there to represent you!!! You failed to fix four out of the six issues we had, and your lameass boyfriend gave us stupid answers regarding the fixes. ALSO why in the hell did you not get the termite inspection completed? I mean are you a moron? YOU told me that you wanted to move out by this weekend, what the hell? Get my future place in tip top condition or else I will have to take you to small claims!!!! UGH!!! Yes, I had a wonderful day. Looking forward to a brand new day tomorrow...
