  1. I am having one attendant and my daughter, Fi has three guys. Again, no rules! As for the asking, we both sent emails! I know lame. I followed up with a note and a present that included coconut body butter from The Body Shop and a sarong.
  2. I asked for a pinball game, honestly, I love pinball and there is an old pizza shop with The Who's Tommy. We had talked about buying ourselves an air hockey table for our future house but then the owner of the pizza shop got ahold of me and said the machine was FINALLY for sale. I may have mentioned a few times how much I liked it
  3. Yea! It's so addicting we just have to share! 2100 people, better add another server!
  4. Does anyone have a sand dollar template I could steal? I want to make cardstock sand dollars but cannot find a paper punch. Thanks!
  5. Thanks ladies, I'm not so grumpy today so ya'll really helped. I think I'm just too critical of my own work. Whenever I make invites for others, it is always more decorative so I was feeling blah about these. It's growing on me though! 1. Paper size with backing is 8.5 x 5.5 inches. 2. The paper backing is called Robin #1, from DieCuts with a View (the sku is 611356510114) and I bought it at JoAnn's. It was very inexpensive and comes in 12x12 sheets. 3. The font is called Dali, you can get it for free from dafont.com. This site has alot of great fonts you can download.
  6. Why would your cousin even want to chance the horrible service again? I hope she responds well to your email.
  7. Sorry for the bad picture...this is the first draft of the invite I've labored over. The diamond will be double matted with coral on the final. The little blob in the diamond is actually a brass sand dollar. The side print is a lyric from I Will which is part of our "theme". I feel like it's kind of bland. I have ribbon to tie all the pieces together also. [/img]
  8. I've used Crest White Strips before and wasn't impressed. My dentist didn't want to just whiten my teeth for me, he also wanted to "correct" my overbite. He's been trying to get me to do this since I was 14 but it's only for cosmetic reasons. Sorry, not in the budget.
  9. we're here to help, and I am the queen whiner tonight so yes, vent/stress away
  10. Damn, that is unbelievable! ok, Emily Post gives you permission to screw the OOT bags and not be the gracious host to these wedding crashers (even future father in-law) Deep breathes, pretty smile-it's your day
  11. Maybe one of our resident photogs can answer this best? That is awkward.
  12. For some reason I thought it would be fun to make my invitations so now I am sitting here with a blister on my thumb from "punching" 3/4" squares, an indentation in my finger from cutting O rings, and darling FI is enjoying a beer while my dear Sabres get their asses handed to them again with his buddies. What was I thinking? Ok, back to cutting strips...
  13. Welcome, I only know about beaches in PR, sorry.
  14. welcome, how old are the children you want to include? This sometimes makes a difference.
