AND CONGRATS!!! I would recommend talking with a travel agent. They provide great insight on resorts and if people do not have their own TA you can provide them with someone to work with on planning their trip. Good luck!!

Ok, I'm a little confused. I just tried to make reservations online and it said someone will contact me to confirm my reservation but I didn't even get to put in a time. Also, it only let me pick one service and I want a manicure & pedicure. Any feedback from those of you that booked online - is this how it was for you? We booked the jr. suite too... I was hoping to get upgraded to either the full suite or the jacuzzi suite!! Oh well, if it doesn't happen its not the end of the world.

Sight unseen for us too!! We wanted to go somewhere tropical where both of us have never been. This resort was recommended by my TA - tons of DW's! After researching it, I decided to go for it. It looks gorgeous!

Let me know what you find out... I also have about 6 kids coming ranging from 6-12.
