My fi would seriously laugh his a$$ off if I mentioned that...he won't even tan a couple times before we go to Jamaica & he's pitch white - he's Irish!!

I usually make a packet of low sugar quaker oatmeal w/ 2% milk - it's so good & healthy!!

Make sure your doing lower ab excersices too and not just crunches... If you don't know of any I'm sure you could look up some online. Kinda hard to explain. If you decide to do an ab DVD, they'll show you!!

I sent my STD's out at the end of June/early July. I sent out my invites mid November with an RSVP of December 15th. Wedding is 2/15/08. FYI.
