Mmm...I do not like lamb but I know FI loves it! Shelley I am also planning a romantic dinner at home. I'm going to wear a sexy black dress i bought a while ago for some awards ceremony and light candles and all..... I love this Lamb idea....but I am totally open to others..

Okay so it's been a while since I posted this, but now since I am FINALLY working on things I'm not sure if this idea is still feasible. This is what I'm thinking... Tying 2 maracas together with something attached with one side saying the guest name and table, and the other a poem about shaking the maracas for a kiss. I still really like the idea of having Rosie with the numbers, but I'm not sure if I should put them in a single frame, or go with those ones that lights up from inside....or not doing it at all. I don't think we are going TOO fancy on the table decor and our colors are blue & brown (i don't know what the actual shades are called). Oh yeah, and I'm taking the sombrero out of the equation I think too...... How can I make this all work together??

If you are planning on using a TA, I would highly suggest Tammy, she is extremely helpful and makes amazing deals with the resorts! It is such a piece of mind to know that this part of your wedding is being taken care of while your doing all the other running around...plus, your guests will have less questions for you!

Hey! I was able to book with my date without a flight number...in fact...we still haven't booked our flight and our date is still ready next October. I would just let her know that since flights are unavailable at this time you cannot give her an itinerary, but you will as soon as you can. Also, are you planning on working with a TA? If so, maybe they can let Sandra know about you plans...

I think the dress is so pretty! I def. do NOT think it's too formal, and I totally think the seamstress can do ANYTHING! Of course it will be hot, unless your in your bikini you'll probably be dying! I guess it depends on how you feel in the dress?? If you walked all around david's comfortably without feeling any restrictions on your legs, and you fell in love with it.....it's worth it!

Things will be okay...I was totally in your seat about 6 months ago! It's confusing and overwhelming, but just start off by working with Tammy to pick a resort that will work the best for you! I'm getting married at Dreams Tulum next October. Although they only have 1 real "disco" they have tons of activities. The Mayan Ruins are 5 minutes away which can be a whole day's worth of activities...and well...I'm really excited about the trampoline in the ocean. What I figure is that, it's very well priced at a beautiful location, and since all of my friends will be together, every bar we attend will be alot of fun!! Good Luck!

We are totally going to do the legal stuff here beforehand. This way when the wedding is over in MX we will be officially married. I'm just considering the one here NOTHING! And then our real ceremony and date will be October 10th. Only problem now is that FI wants to get legally married in a couple of weeks...he's totally falling into the whole idea of just saying "Let's just go get married!". He still wants the Mexico wedding, but apparently doesn't want to wait to get legally married....but it's not like we are going to wear the rings or anything beforehand..who knows!
