Ooh, thanks for sharing. I'm off to check them out now! Are you having your wedding at EdeNH?
I am also leaning more towards using Photosouvenir as my photographer. Especially since we don't have to pay the day pass fee(one less thing out of the budget). And also, I have actually seen pics from them, however, not from the resort photographer! It seems that their prices are reasonable and their photos are decent enough for me. It will defitenly save $ for us instead of trying to fly one from the states in.
Now I just need to determine what package I am getting.
Have any of you decided on what package you're getting or if you're utilizing them for video services as well?
I would say it depends. There are a number of different factors I would take into consideration.
Does that include airfare and the resort? And it depends on how long you guys are staying. And is that price per person or based on double occupancy?

They answer the emails right away and they make it really easy ( Photosouvenir Punta Cana, Wedding Photographer Dominican Republic). I have spoken with Severine, the owner and she told me that she was booking for the Eden H and that they don't need a day pass to enter the resort. This is good to have an other option so you should check it out. Hope it helps
debbie Thanks for the tip! :~) That makes you officially the 1st one on this forum to get married at the EdeNH! Have you decided what package you are going with? And how many people are you expecting if you don't mind me asking?
Here are a couple of sites I found via my friend google:
St George Island, Fl - Local weddings, venues, vendors, messages - Wedding Mapper
St George Island Home Rentals - Florida Outdoor Beach Weddings
This is a great post. Hopefully I can make the next Atlanta one, these tips defitenly will help!
We should plan a big gathering for ALL of the BDWers for 2009 or so for all of us to meet up! I could go for a nice cruise. lol
I say take a day off and have a spa day (if its in the budget) or do something to relax your mind. Think of it as a way to say Awesome job for getting everything done in advance! :~)
to the forum!
How many guests are you planning on having? I'm a little biased because I am a DR bride, but I did consider Puerto Rico. One of the deciding factors on the DR was they had more all-inclusive resorts to choose from for my guests. Check out the DR and Puerto Rico forums, you will get a great start there!
Happy planning
