    If you don't use a known company like Lee's, then please be careful. You will have some locals that will offer you a ride around Jamaica for a fee. They are trying to make $ anyway they can, which isnt always the safest way to go for tourists. Just make sure the taxi cab company has some kind of legitimate sign on their car. I've heard so many great things about Lee's Travel Tours, that I dont think you could go wrong just using them :~)

    Very well put. I would think that most people on the forum use those 'guidelines' not just on the forum, but in life in general. Constructive criticism is one thing. But just being plain out crass is something entirely different.

    OMG!! I did what I thought was a beginners Taebo work out early this morning, and I damn near passed out! lol. Only to find out at the end it wasnt beginners at all!!! But I got through it though, so I'm happy about that. Woo hoo

    One of my good friends did it before one of our mutual friends wedding. She did it for the 90 days and lost at least 20 lbs. She said it was very hard in the first phase b/c she LOVEs to eat. But she stuck with it and excercised, and looks amazing!!!
