Sorry to hear about this. but I guess at least you found out about this now so you can possibly have other options, than closer to your actual wedding. Are you having a legal or symbolic ceremony? I would think the only problem you would have if you were planning a legal ceremony in DR. Then the legal stay requirements would be an issue. Other than that, I think since you have everything already reserved, you should be fine. You still can meet with the coordinator the day before the wedding and that should not be a big issue. What time does your new flight get in? Let us know how things work out.

We bought the tan Chaps suit for my FI. Not sure if he's going to wear it for the actual ceremony, but couldnt pass up such an awesome deal. He loves it! If you go in the store and sign up for their email/newsletter, they will send you discount coupons. Initially its only $5 off in store purchases and 10% off online purchases. I know, not much, but every little penny counts in my wallet! But in the future, they send out better coupons and alert you of major sales in advance. You can sign up online too: Email Sign Up

Are you using a Mac or PC? If you are using a PC, you can try Windows Movie Maker. It comes with Windows (I believe). You can google some user guides. The thing I like about it is the drag and drop feature. It takes just a small learning curve to get used to it, but it is very easy to use. I stopped by Target today and found disposable wedding cameras in the Dollar Section!!!! Its a very simple camera, with a white cover around them that reads 'Our Wedding Memories' on the front. It has only 12 exposures. But on the back, it has instructions for the guests as follows: To Our Guest Please use this camera to take candid pictures of all our friends and family...the fun, the special moments and of course those not-to-be forgotten shots. When all the pictures are taken just leave the camera on the table. Pass the cameras around, let everyone enjoy the fun. Then it has directions on how to use the camera, lol (I guess for those who have gotten used to digital technology!) I know most of my guests (if not all) will have digital cameras, but I'm thinking about using these as our photo share, photo scavenger hunt, or in the OOT bags (havent quite decided yet), and make sure we collect them b4 our guests depart the D.R. Just thought I'd share :~)
