Wow, that sucks. Have you tried calling your WC and talking to her? There is always room for miscommunication on the resorts end. You know, 'he says, she says'. I know you want to get this part of the planning over and done with, especially if you have to unforutanely find an alternate. Hopefully it gets worked out and you can use them, but defitenly get it in writing (with a signature if possible)! Keep us posted.

I would think one factor that would determine prices would be what airport you and your guests would be flying out of. So u may want to think about that when comparing prices as well. Also compare the value of what each wedding package offers as well.

Thank you Kim for giving us info about your sisters wedding! Some of your comments have defitenly calmed my nerves. I have a few ?s I hope you dont mind answering. :~) Can you give any detail about the setup of the ceremony and/or reception? Where did you guys have the reception? How was the food? How many guests did your sister have? How was the cocktail hour? Do you know what package she chose? Was she able to get an upgraded room? How would you rate the overall resort?
