I chose the RIU because it was one of the most affordable options for my guests. Also, the prices for the wedding extras (arch, flowers, etc) are sorta high, but at least the dinner itself is included.

My guests are paying $1400 for the week including airfare. I think it works out to about $150/night. We booked using a TA who negotiated a rate with the hotel and airlines.
