I would go with pink. It is one of your colors and will go match some of your other stuff. Just my personal opinion, I'm not a big fan of red roses and I think white would be too bright next to your dress.

My sister did a recipe box for me as well, I think it's a great idea. Another thing I've done in the past as a BM that I think is good is buying the bride her TY notes and giving them to her with the addresses of the shower guests already written on the envelopes. I always bring my both, but in this case: (1) I'm bringing my cell phone so I can call family/friends before their arrival in case there are any problems and so I can call the dog sitter. (2) I'm leaving my laptop at home, but plan to log on to the resort computers to check in with BDW!

I know you've probably heard it 1000 times, but you will find someone. Sometimes it takes going through a lot of losers to find "the one". You're a great guy and any girl would be lucky to have you. I've never tried internet dating, but I know a bunch who have met their SOs, including my cousin who has been married for 3 years with a baby on the way!
