They all got back to me within in a few days.

I think the dresses there were all really nice, so I am sure the ones at the bridal party shop are great too! Where does your sister live?? Carly, I'll check that out...thanks! My sister lives in Macungie.

Also, they only charge $32 to send a courier to the RIU with the flowers the day of the wedding, which doesn't seem bad at all.

Heidi - on another note, I forget if you already purchased your dress, but Harleysville is having a bridal show this weekend and the grand prize is $1,000 towards a dress of your choice. I am so going and keeping all fingers and toes crossed that I win. But if you go, I'd be happy for you to win too. Not as happy as if I won, but still. :-) My sister lives right near there, I heard that shop is huge. I should have her go and look at bridesmaids dresses! Thanks for the idea, Carly
  6. Heidi - I read in another thread that there ROR uses one long table for the reception dinner. Chandlyn told me that the tables are square and fit 8 people?!? Any ideas on this?

  8. He is sooo cute!!! I would be bragging too...

  10. to the forum! Congrats on your engagment!!! You will find tons of information on here.
  11. Kelu! Happy planning! I am getting married in Jamaica and saw a lot online about Jamaican villas. Try these: Jamaica Villa Rentals - SunVillas, your Jamaican Villa Specialists, Luxury Jamaica Villas by Linda Smith Home Page, Runaway Bay Jamaica - Private Luxury Villas for Less.
  12. That is too funny! Where do you find this stuff?!?

I tried so hard to keep it small, but felt like I would regret it if I didn't include those closest to me. My only problem is I have 5 nephews (NO nieces!) and I want them all in it. So, it may look a little odd to have 5 ringbearers...oh well!
  15. Andrea, I'm so sorry to hear about your dad. My dad passed away suddenly 10 months ago. If you ever need someone to talk to, I'm here. Congrats on setting your date and location!!! Lizz
  16. I just read in the paper this weekend about a new website...Etsy :: Your place to buy and sell all things handmade. It's a site where everything is handmade. There are so many cute things: bags, invitations, jewelry, etc. I thought it was a great find!
  17. I like the second one more, but that's just b/c I like strapless dresses. But you look great in both and it seems to me from your other post that you like the blue one better.
  18. We always planned to have just 1 on each side, but then reality set in. I have 4 sisters that I am very close to and 4 girlfriends that I have been friends with my whole life. I decided that even if it looked crazy, I didn't want to get married without them by my side. So, I have 8 BRIDESMAIDS...ahhhh! (and I didn't ask Mike's 3 sisters, that would have been even more ridiculous!) Mike also has 8, his brothers and mine and close friends.
  19. My brother just got one from his wife yesterday for his birthday and said he will probably never use it. I'm not a huge fan. I love pictures, but for some reason, just don't like the digital frames...sorry! I guess it just depends on the person. If you think it's something your friend will like, then go for it.
  20. For those brides that have worn heels on the beach, were they hard to walk in? I just assumed I'd go barefoot, but I do love heels!
  21. Can't wait to hear all of your plans. Let us know how we can help!
