That sounds like a REALLY long time. My store told me 4 months, but then it arrived within 1 month. But, if you're wedding is not til next November, even if it does take that long, you should have plenty of time for alterations (if needed).

If I were you, I'd plan a welcome party at the sports bar for around 5:00, then go get something to eat at the same restaurant and just have everyone sit as close by as possible and you could walk around and mingle. Then, go to the beach party. Hope this helps!

Hey girls! Chandlyn emailed me last night. I am having my rehearsal on Wednesday night at 6:00 and then having a Welcome Cocktail Party at the Seagrape Bar from 8:00-11:00 that night. I asked her if I could do it at that time, so people would eat before they came. I am planning to give out my OOT bags at the party. I think I am going to order the free postcards from Vista Print and send them out to everyone about a month before to invite them to the party. Thanks Mo for telling me Seagrapes was an option! I'm really excited about it.

So far I'm thinking: travel tin candles, collapsable koozies, cups, cards and dice, and some other little things (maybe matches, mints, gum, advil, etc). Do you think that will all fit in there? My original plan was to get plain canvas bags and iron on our logo, but I am getting lazy about doing that and rather buy something premade.
