One night a group of my friends tried to go to dinner at either Sir John's or Sir Richard's and they wouldn't seat them because a couple of the guys had shorts on instead of pants.

I dealt with Kreations Florist in Ocho Rios. Their prices were great and they responded quickly and were able to deliver to ROR. I didn't end up using them b/c my girls had parasols instead of flowers, but I definitely recommend them. They don't have a website, but here is the email: [email protected]. That is ridiculous!!! I remember when she had issues back in April at another BDW wedding there. Something really needs to be done about the policy at ROR.

Sorry is this is TMI, but my stomach hurts sooooo bad. I have never had a constipation problem before and these prenatal vitamins are killing me. I have been taking metamucil and even just went and bought prunes! Any other remedies

Nothing too terrible, but some funny stuff... - Mike wore the wrong color pants (he decided he liked black ones better that morning and then completely clashed with the wedding party) - Mike told the minister to call me "Slazz" (my nickname from high school) during the ceremony. Thank God when I got to the altar, the minister checked to make sure that was ok and showed me his hand where he had written the name (no, it wasn't ok...lol!). - I tried to put Mike's ring on the wrong hand (there's a funny picture of this I need to find). - Mike said "yes" instead of "I do". - Mike decided to go with the $2.00 wedding band that I bought at a flea market instead of the $10.00 one we bought on ebay because he liked how it looked better. In the middle of the reception he came up to me with it broken in pieces in his hand and asked "is this a bad sign?" LOL...you girls probably think my hubby is a total jackass but I thought all of this was hilarious so don't worry

I hope it's here, but if it's not I suggest emailing Chandlyn. I got married May 16, my license says it was done on June 17. I didn't get it until over a month later and that was only because I emailed Chandlyn asking for it. So there's a very good chance that it's ready.

I got mine last week (only after I emailed Chandlyn asking her for it though). She sent it DHL not UPS (not sure if this is the case for everyone?).

One of my friends brought his boyfriend to my wedding. He said he was so excited that I was having it in Jamaica because they always wanted to go there, but were afraid to b/c of how gays are looked upon there. My wedding was a good opportunity for them to go b/c they blended in with our large crowd and had zero problems. I wouldn't see it being an issue if they are staying at a private resort or villa. If they were out in the middle of the city by themselves, then I would be a little concerned.

I'm going to the post office this morning to send out some parasols to one of the girls here. I just went to get them out of my "wedding room" and found some other stuff that I'd love to ship out today if possible. Please let me know asap if you're interested: about 15 raffia fans: About 10 regular size and 5 or 6 mini size ones decorated with pink and green ribbon (can easily be taken off); I paid I think around $5-10, will sell for $3.00 plus shipping OBO. 2 fuschia parasols: These are 32 inch ones from Luna Bazaar (one used once, the other never used); I paid $6.50 each plus shipping, will sell for $3.00 each plus shipping OBO. 24 decks of cards & dice: I bought these from Oriental Trading Company and forgot to put them in the OOT bags. The cards are normal, but the dice are weird (some sort of weird symbols on them?); forget what I paid, will sell for $10 for all 24 decks plus shipping OBO. 30 or 35 Sudoko books: I bought these on ebay and didn't have room to pack them to bring them down to Jamaica for the OOT bags. They are all of the same book and the tag on them says they retail for $4.95 each. I just looked through my emails and can't find the receipt for my payment, but I think I paid around $25 for all of them plus shipping, will sell for $10 plus shipping OBO.
