Mike & I planned on not getting each other anything because holidays, birthdays, etc are always a pain because he's so hard to shop for (because anything he wants, he buys...so annoying!). I decided to get BD pics anyway, just because I know how shocked he will be because it's so unlike me. When most of my friends have gotten married, their hubbies have bought them jewelry to wear on their wedding day.

I have 5 nephews and no nieces, so no flower girl for me! I'm planning on having the ring bearers escort my mom into the reception.

I am giving out my bags at a welcome cocktail party at Seagrape. I am sending out Vista Print postcards (free!) to invite everyone to it. I'm sure you could do the same thing at brunch or at one of the bars in the evening.

Jenn, that really sucks. What does Sam think about this? Definitely don't worry about the OOT bags for them. As for the food/champagne, if you think they may show up, I guess you could tell your WC you may need more and see what she says.

That dress looks similar to my BMs dresses. We got them in "peony", but if I remember correctly, they had a magneta color at the store (Stella Maris).
