Wow, what a day you've had! I'm so happy you got your 2nd dress (and the 2 nights free!). I agree with what everyone else said, report them to the BBB, go down there and demand your $ back and maybe even call your local news to do an "investigational report".

My friend went there last year. She also said how ridiculously expensive everything is...the food, drinks (even sodas), etc. That's so great your company is paying for your trip...congrats!!!

I am putting together my travel booklet for my guests. I want to give them an overview of all of the excursions offered in Ocho Rios. Are reps from different companies in the hotel lobby to help them book their excursions when they get to the RIU? For example, when I look up Dunn's River Falls online, a lot of different sites with tours come up. I just don't know the logistics of booking tours....TIA!
