i love the do not disturb sign - what a great idea!!!! all of your stuff is fantastic, and will make for a perfect wedding!

we're going back and forth with this also...do we have one long table for 30 and let people decide where they are sitting? we COULD designate places for ourselves, parents, AND the bridal party.....and let others figure out where they're going... OR do we do a few smaller tables and arrange a chart so people can sit with others they know... i'm actually leaning towards one long table (now, ask me again in 5 min and i may change my mind...) b/c 1) it's not a large crowd - no one will be saving seats and not using them... and 2) with only 30 people, it shouldn't be awkward, esp. considering that we're having a welcome dinner and etc. etc. i dont think i helped at all...

i went in to pier one today and found flip fans like these: except they obviously don't have any names on them. they do have tassels hanging, in all different colors, but the best part is: THEY WERE $1!!!! so i bought 20. i took the tassel off and replaced w/ a thin orange ribbon. we'll put some kind of tag on it later. they are in the kids section of pier one. they also had cute table number holders/place cards - a clear block on the bottom (looked like an ice cube) w/ the wire photo holder-thingy on top - both hearts and stars. a box of 3 for $5...also cute for favors...

i like them! i think they look great! but i do understand not wanting to do 80+...i think you should stick with it, tho...ask your bms for help!

i can't believe that you bought it w/o trying it on - it's perfect! beautiful!!!

i went a few weeks after getting engaged - like 2-3 weeks, i think. but our engagement will only be 8 months. the dress took about 4-5 months to come in. i say start shopping now, only so you don't panic later.

thanks ladies! i never thought i'd put something like this on...i'm usually more of a "bling-bling" kinda girl....but something drew me to it and once it was on, i knew it was 'it'!!!!!!!

well i bought it in july......................... had my first fitting today...it was made for my measurements (i'm only 5' tall) so when i take it off, it looks like a tiny little communion dress! i have no pics of the back (b/c i was wearing a veil most of the time, but it's a regular zipper covered with buttons. without further adieu... you can kinda see the train here - my mom has pics of the back...i have to get them from her...it's only about a foot long. and please ignore whatever that face is...i dont know what i was doing. detail on the bust, which is also on the bottom and the train a pic of the actual train so ladies, if you find yourself bored at work, feel free to find me some beautiful jewelry and a tiara!!!!!! thinking a lariat, some earrings, and a headband-type tiara

so no joke - i'm petrified of dinosaurs and cannot look at your pictures. i looked at the first few and then freaked out. i know, i'm weird.

my shower was at a tea house. we had a small meal, dessert, and unlimited tea for $22/pp. there were about 40 women there. it was fun and different. do i wish there was alcohol? course....but it wasn't necessary, mostly b/c it was a tea house. i know there are some in pa, but i dont know where.

funny, galit, none of mine either...there WAS one, but now it's gone and believe me i've searched everywhere! (venus bridal, model 8243)...BUT my first fitting is tomorrow so i WILL have pics!
