lol, christa, you crack me up. remember, i'm with 20 4th graders who 'forget' to brush every morning. ugh.

ok, i say brush the teeth, but def. don't shower. don't even comb your hair...drape that sweater/blanket around your head so you look like an old babushka. also, groan a lot.

fi got his and the gms at banana at the end of the season. plain white linen button downs. the cruise/vacation stuff should be coming out soon at all of those stores.

yeah! we each got $100 in cash, plus they had snacks out, and we got a cab ride from the airport to the hotel where they were doing this, and a cab ride back to our hotel. my parents have gotten the timeshare vacation things in the mail, where they go away for a whole weekend and only have to spend an hr with the timeshare people...my dad goes in, says "i'm not interested, you can talk for an hour if you want, but i'm not changing my mind" and they get a free weekend out of it!

i'm going to have extra ivory, probably about 15, +/-...but won't be selling till end of feb, if anyone wants and it's out of stock (and can wait)....

i like stephanie's idea..... i say call in sick, if you can keep your job. if not, go out of your way to sick it up- sneeze and cough a lot. forget about covering your mouth and nose. also, show up in sweats. wrap a sweater/blanket around you. or pretend that you didn't know about the 5 am part - didn't get the message or were too doped up on tylenol to remember. feel better!

last time we went to disney we actually did one of the time share things...they paid us each $100 to listen to their schpeal (sp?)...we had an awesome time - we totally made everything up...when they asked what fi did, he said he just opened an ebay store...we told them that we rent an apt (we own a house)...every time the guy asked a question we responded with some incredible lie.

we're making actual wedding albums for our parents...thought nice books would be a good gift, but can't give it to them until after we're home...i like the upgrading room idea.....

aw stephanie, i'm sorry to hear this...isn't that always the case i agree about a loan - easier than having someone hold it over your head. i also agree about ikea furniture...although our solution is for me to put it together while keith watches.

i'm torn...i'm usually pretty frugal, but it IS your honeymoon...it would be an easy decision if the upgrade was jacuzzi or no jacuzzi, but do you really need 2x the size? idk, heidi, i can't vote

welcome! choosing a place was definitely the hardest part! because there were no sentimental places for us, we narrowed it down by eliminating places we didn't want (for us - cancun, jamaica, florida, and a few others). then we narrowed by budget - knew we wanted an ai so no one would worry about constantly taking out a wallet. THEN we looked at the activities that places offered...my fi doesn't like the beach and doesn't know how to swim, so i needed a place that had other things to keep him busy. he really wanted atlantis in the bahamas, but it's $$$$ and not ai...so we had to find a resort with similar amenities. at that point we got frustrated and picked the first place that emailed us back. and then i read all these mixed reviews, had a panic attack and wanted to change my mind, but i think many brides do...now we're a month + away, and i can't wait! just remember that you have plenty of time to make a final decision, and there are loads of informed brides (and grooms) here to help you!

i don't have a pregnant bridesmaid, but i was worried about that for a little while! if you order a big size, i'd think you'd have to order it HUGE b/c you don't know where she'll gain weight...could you ask the ppl at the bridal store?

i tried strivectin sr at a dept store...the color of my bags seemed to lighten immediately, but that stuff's $$$$$! i may go to sephora and ask for a sample, b/c a little bit goes a looooooong way.

i'm in morris county, but my sister and parents are down in burlington... i'm totally willing to buy one and put into circulation too, if it'll get this back up and running... i like someone's idea of having a starfish rent-fund...$5 (or whatever) to sign up, which would cover loss and shipping... i'd handle this, if no one else would want to...but would def. only be able to start after wedding... (1 1/2 months!!!!!)

my guess is that the one in the black is the real stripper? she looks like she knows what she's doing... i want a pole in my basement...we'd install one, but we have the funky basement ceiling tiles...it's good exercise.
