i think that if people only have 6 months to save and make reservations, you should definitely give them a heads up of some sort...but like someone else said, make sure that you and fi are on the same page.

we're doing a coffee table photo album for our parents too. a digital frame is a good idea as well!

you could also do a different kind of ttd, climbing rocks, or rolling in a field...i saw a pic the other day of a bride in her dress on a zipline!

we did the legal one in nj the other day and will do a spiritual one in mexico, but not many ppl know that we are already legally married. however, when we filed for our marriage license, the clerk told us that even if we did a 'legal' on in mexico, it still wouldn't be legal here in nj...i had never heard this before, but it's worth looking into if you're planning to do the legal ceremony out of the country.

they're legit, but seem pricey compared to E- Wedding Bands: Platinum wedding bands, titanium wedding bands, Palladium Wedding Bands, Wedding Rings, Tungsten rings we got our bands there, and the diamonds are perfect!

i had my first real fitting at the beginning of january and had my 2nd and final today...i'm picking it up on 2/7, and leaving on 2/12. i can't imagine not having a fitting a few weeks before the wedding, but like someone said, try it on with a friend - if there's anything that needs to be done, bring it back and make her fix it.

thanks all!!! my parents did take pictures, but they're not home yet, so i'll have to wait for them. the county clerk was the biggest c-word i have ever met. she was so full of herself and all 9 of us (both families) were yelled at b/c we were joking around and b/c - "this is a solemn occasion, a huge step in your lives, and not one to be taken lightly" so how backwards is this - i got married, went for a dress fitting, and will have a shower tomorrow and a bachelorette party on saturday?!!?!? thanks again!

welcome! i'm getting married at dreams in pv in 3 1/2 weeks. we're using dj extassis, but there are a lot of pv girls on here using different musicians.

my colleagues are throwing me a shower this friday at the school nurse's house after school. everyone is really pitching in, so i wasn't planning on getting gifts for my colleagues, but do i get the school nurse a gift? if so, what do i get her?

karma. something wonderful will happen to you for being so wonderful and something will bite her on the ass for being a boogerface (sorry, i didn't think profanity was appropriate ). i hope she remembers how nice you are when you need something....
